最近快速看完网络上流出来的30集的后宫*甄嬛传，实际上只看了27集，因为1，27，28

，到目前的30集为止，后宫甄嬛传更精彩，更有看头。这部剧的几个感想：
1、很多美女很养眼，好几个美女都可以演红楼梦了，不仅长得好，演技也佳，看着很
很舒服。目前为止最喜欢的美女是饰演沈贵人的那位不知名的演员，长得端庄大方，说
话温柔悦耳。看着这么多美人，哪怕是饰演坏人的华妃，真是让人赏心悦目啊。
2、女主角孙俪选得好，扮相不惊艳，但是演技让人惊艳，而且她越看越耐看，看久了

1，不锈钢用品的清洁
现在厨房里很多设备都是stainless ste俄l, 虽说能够用洗洁精，409，heavy duty
fatastik清洁表面的油污，但是表面看起来会有花花的痕迹，最终还是要用stainless
steel cleaner 清理，用kitchen paper towel 抹开就会让不锈钢表面清洁如新。不
锈钢锅也能用这个擦得发亮。
要注意的一点，一定不要用双面海面较硬的那面来清洁不锈钢，会留下划痕的！！！！
２，kitchen sink的清洁
厨房里最让人倒胃口的莫过于一个污迹累累的sink了，通常来说做几天的饭菜后洗碗池
子就会发黄，有污迹，时间稍微长一点，有些污迹就不容易清洁掉，如果用硬海面硬擦
无疑会把不锈钢的池子划花。
最简单的，也是最有效的办法就是用Bleach.
我一般是晚上做这个清洁，先将水池用橡胶塞子堵上，放入半池冷水，然后加入半杯子
Bleach, 再将水放满一池，就不用管它了，第二天带上胶手套，将水放掉，水池就会

bass竿追求的灵敏度，和调子的配合是最主要的好坏区分。
这和海里船上用的竿子还是有很大区别的。
我不太相信有人可以在用过能够高效钓鱼的装备之后，在感觉到差别（是多钓鱼，感到
更多bite，感知bottom composition，投得更准，以前投不到的地方现在可以精准了，
等等，不是外观上的轮子shinny, 竿子上有GL,MB,EG的标志）之后，还能回到以前的:-) |

外观上的shinny，都是浮云，如果不能在钓鱼的效果上有所改进，那些所谓的高级品就
都一文不值。其实高级品不是因为长得好看，而是因为性能上有差异，长相一部分仅仅
是用于区分的。如果轮子转的是否顺滑，drag是否稳定同presentation，fighting没有
关系；竿子轻重、灵敏度和发挥一些技巧没有关系，那么器材升级就无所谓了。
淡水竿，不管用不用float的，活饵还是lure，灵敏度都是一个issue。对lure竿，特别
是bass竿尤甚。鉴于bass是北美淡水主钓鱼种之一，所以略微扩充一下。钓finesse时
候的灵敏度可以说是目前bass竿制造和设计中追求的极致，不仅仅是反映鱼咬钩，还有
反映水底组成的，还有区分鱼的咬钩和一般的bottom contact/snag的。我鉴定一支钓
竿的实钓灵敏度，是用weightless wacky钓组，8lb FC线 slack line试验接口鱼，或
者对spinning的bass竿子用crappie jig 1/16oz 2" grub钓suspending 的crappie感觉

it's not electronic lock, just simple mechanical combination lock. My
problem with the safe is 1. you can't change the combination yourself and 2.
the shinny finish on the dial can be difficult to read depending on
lighting (I had it in a closet before, hard to see due to reflection).

I am 150 mile northern, may be colder.
Ran 6 miles easy this morning.In order to tan and add Vitamin D，I just wear
short without T shirt. 2 miles later I decide to buy a arm warmer to save
my pitiful arm this winter. 6 miles done in 46:16, I feel a little
recovery from frozen. Good thing is that I catch the only shinny moment of
the day.
I feel much more energic at daytime since I move my workout from night to
morning. |
