I had is a piece of crap. This week I bought a new $35 white nike singlet.
Wore it on my 13-mile run today. Brought one water bottle with me, and drank
it all in 8 miles. Felt reasonable cool under the sun. By mile 11 I was hot
and thirsty, facing a mile-long climb. I wanted to see if running shirtless
would help. Surprisingly, I felt hotter after taking my singlet off, and

therefore I planned this run on today (Sunday).
The weather is just super duper good. Sunny, no wind, clear sky, middle 80's
, it's just perfect for me. I got up at 8am, checked some emails and did
some online stuff, then prepared for the run. I put some sunscreen (30) on
my upper body (I gonna run shirtless. I like to run shirtless! Yes!),

且经常挂角。球蹦的还挺高。蓝衣人上网还被轻松lob。这种人其实很难打。当然也是
蓝衣服回球没什么pace，也没什么变化，shirtless根本不需要发力打而已
