所以做了Wilton I里面人人都学习过的小丑蛋糕，满简单的。小人头是塑料的买的，不
是做的。
其他的部分是画出来的。
但是，但是要achieve这样的白色，要么是shortening，要么是鲜奶油，但是当时8月份
，鲜奶油实在没有办法travel那么久。
因为shortening的味道和健康concern，只有表层用的这种白，里面还是用的buttercre

为了找到合适的火腿，真是费了九牛二虎之力啊，终于找到意大利火腿（和国内的金华
火腿宣威火腿很像了。）
终于，终于，吃到家乡的味道了。
火腿月饼：昆明将火腿月饼叫做“四两坨”，因其初制时每个足有老两四两重，四个合
装，正好老斤一斤，其壳外硬内酥，肉馅香甜，是云南地区中秋佳节送礼之佳品。
做法--------------------网上抄的，实践证明-----------不错！！
馅：
1、 将400克净瘦的PROSCUITTO火腿切成绿豆大的小丁。
2、 将4大匙面粉在小锅中炒熟。
3、 在火腿丁中加入炒过的面粉、4大匙白糖和3-4大匙蜂蜜拌和一起即可。
面皮：
材料：ALL PURPOSE 2 CUP， 水 1/4CUP+2大匙 ，SHORTENING 3/4CUP，糖粉2大匙，蜂
蜜2大匙。
做法：
1 、先取 1/4CUP 面粉和1/4CUP+2大匙的水放到盆中用筷子搅拌匀。
2、在面糊中加入SHORTENING，糖粉和蜂蜜用手提MIXER搅打3-5分钟，直到完全混合没
有颗粒，象打发的奶油一样。
3、加入剩下的面粉，揉和成光滑柔软的面团，大约象耳垂 |

我烘焙，我一般会照原食谱减少黄油用量。

心想，哦，butter原来可以这样吃的。
在知道人造黄油是工业氢化工艺制成以前，如果Butter和人造黄油（Margarine）摆在
面前，我的首选必定是人造黄油；在知道了人造黄油含反式脂肪酸后，在买人造黄油时
我就仔细地看标签上反式脂肪酸含量（这里的食品标签上都会标明各类脂肪酸的含量的
）。最近我买的olivani mono-unsaturated reduced fat spreads 在标签上标有每
100g含0.5g反式脂肪酸。

点，kirkland的35lb，外面有纸盒，也没看清里面的颜色，回家倒在油壶里一看简直悲
剧了，我的苍天那是啥呀，跟牛奶一样，这才看见是什么vegetable creamy
shortening，晚上炒菜试了一下，味道倒是还不错。后来一查shortening可是起酥油啊
，我的苍天，起酥油那是超不健康的，再研究研究，这个主要成分就是豆油，适合炸和
炒，可是还有添加这了那了的，这么一巨桶，够我家吃大半年的，这哪儿受的了。
不知道能退吗，我是超级guilty，知道即使能退食品退回去就得被销毁，可是这么一桶

when he can make solid contact on every ball using a normal swing, moves to
the next speed. shortened swing helps making contact, but it takes power
away. for younger kids who have no defense, it increases obps. but if it (
shortened swing) becomes a habit, it will be difficult for the kid to reach
next level.

for 400 or less. but u need to check the shaft - make sure it's the right flex
for u.
one more note, i don't know how tall u are. the r7 could be too long for most
people, you may want to take it to a custom fitting guy to have it shortened
to fit your height. i have a friend who's 6'2" and had his shortened by about
1.5". |

Blisters in either of these locations is caused by the foot contacting the
ground with a shearing force. This is usually caused by overstriding, or
your foot landing in front of your center of gravity.

就是4.0.
关于"shorten backswing", 你要注意会不会影响你的上旋. 我认为你更该focus在准备
早. 球在过网的刹那间, 你的准备动作就该到位了. 很多3.5, 4.0都是等到球落地后才
开始准备动作. 我猜想你也准备的教晚,很多球feels rushed, 所以想shorten
backswing.
你的球在3.5, 4.0 是power, 但在4.5很多人都不会怕这power了, 这也是为什么我给
grinder打引号. 建议不要太靠power赢球,improve 你的angle 和patient, 对以后发展
很有帮助.
我住在Austin, 常去Houston. 有机会可以交流.这里也有很多Houston的高手.他们最近

Backswing tip朝哪里对我来说也没有用（或者说不是我需要考虑的）。但是第二个视
频里有一条tip我第一次听到，昨晚试了试好像非常不错的：就是这个教练提到shorten
the backswing 到一个程度上你感觉就像正手half volley。z昨晚练习赛的时候就想
着half volley+放松， atp
forehand 的power就出来了。接下了我要在不动场合下我要微调球拍关闭的程度和
swing path，真正做到强烈的spin/rpm/lower trajectory 才行。我一球友就做得非常
好，inside out forehand 都能dipping 到边界内而且速度非常快，这是我努力的目标
