judgemental,而且对我进行说教; 第二个是个gay,在繁华的彩虹区开私人诊所,保险不
COVER还很贵,不过真厉害,常常触到要害,触及痛处,在我状况最差的时候淡化了我的自
杀冲动; 后来因为gay医生搬到外州,换了个美女,美女很养眼,可不怎么管用,轻描淡写
了两次,竟告诉我说你不用来了,坚持吃药, suicidal的时候再打电话给我.现在这个是
个老头,心理学教授,嗯,有两下子,话不多,句句中的,好几次引导我从完全不同的角度看
问题,有醍醐灌顶的感觉,而且谈话气氛轻松,就是偶尔打哈欠,一副疲倦的样子. |

温度测试：
能够快速探测室内各个部分的温度，比如墙壁，门窗，空调出气口，壁炉等等的温度
对于检测房屋的绝缘和空调的运行极为重要。红外遥感温度仪是完成这一任务的极为有
效的工具。我用的是在Amazon买的kintrex irt0421 non-contact infrared
thermometer with laser targeting，用了两年多了，非常的满意，全力向大家推荐。
很多大的漏风可以简单的用手放在可疑处就可以感觉到。燃香据说也可以判断漏风，但
是从我的经验看还不如用手。
窗户：
尤其对老房子，窗户漏风经常是一个非常重大的热量散失的通道。有很多窗户用手就
可以明显感觉到外面进来的凉风。堵塞这些风口就成为一个非常重要的问题。有人直接
用Shrink window kit，但是我觉得如果窗户本身漏风严重的话，还是要从堵窗户开始

＝＝＝＝个人防护：
在增加房屋保暖绝缘的过程中，有时会涉及接触后对人体有刺激的物质，比如Fiberglass insulation和Expansion foam。在其他时候保护自己不被灰尘粗糙的表面伤害也很重要。一下是常用的防护工具：
Ｎ95口罩（大约$1-$2/个。强烈不建议使用很便宜的廉价低劣口罩，效果不好。毕竟是自己的肺，进入杂质很不舒服而且难清除）。

shrink谈谈就是“脑残、精神病”？精神病得去找psychiatrist，我这里指的是
psychologist。这两个是很不一样的职业啊。当然，你要是查字典的话，shrink也可以
指clinical psychiatrist，不过我既然说你去找shrink谈谈，那就是指的clinical
psychologist。对于由此引发的误会，我表示歉意。找shrink就跟感冒发烧去医院看医
生一个道理。任何人都有可能有心理问题，或大或小而已。美国这边去找个shrink谈是
很常见的事情，很多地方都是benefit里面的一部分，你可以去查查你们是不是有这一
项。猴妈你没事炸版，给我发一串私信骂人，这都不是正常心理状态下干的事情，所以
才提一下看shrink的事情啊。这就等同于我看到一个熟人没完没了打喷嚏，我就会说：
感冒了吧？赶紧去看医生吧。心理健康很重要啊，就是这样么。唉，psychologist被当
狗屎了，psychologist何辜啊。

（%）是不是表示page平均剩余空间多少？
windows下操作系统一次最大读1 extent，包含8 page，每个page要预留20-25%的空间
来提高I/O。多次插入，删除后，有很多空间没法很好的利用，导致%降低，导致I/O降低，需要shrink吗？
这个page是不是你们所讨论的？deframentation 是指什么？我说用shrink zenny为什
么说没有道理？如果不用shrink，用什么办法？
另外问一下，在24*7production environment，如果在凌晨作maintainance plan包含
shrink,为什么shrink不好？ |

晚上把断竿修好了，看上去还成
材料：铝杆(我找了个实验室的装刀片的铝杆)、1/2"铜管、hot glue gun、电工胶布、
heat shrink tube
步骤：
1、上半截竿依次套入两个heat shrink tube以及6"铜管，铝杆缠上绝缘胶布，塞进上
半截竿和下半截断竿中，塞紧，最好用502之类速干胶固定(修的时候才发现家里的502
胶都干了:-()
2、紧紧缠上绝缘胶布，套入铜管，两头用hot glue封口
3、用小刀修葺两头的glue
4、套入两个heat shrink tube，Bunsen burner上烤到收缩（如果有>6"的heat shrink
tube就好了，可惜没找到）
温度降下来后，甩了几下，感觉还行，就是变成一截竿后携带不是太方便
整个修理材料花费<$10，但这根杆也才买成不到$50，重要的是自己亲自实践又学了一门
手艺，呵呵
还有一些地方值得改进，关键是里面的铝杆如何最大限度固定，以及两截竿之间如何最
大限度的紧紧连在一起，下一次再修的话希望做得更好
