The original stock is a joke. The custom one cost me $120 and the silencer
cost me $30. With the rifle, pump, total is around $450.
My suggestion (I have not yet tried) is to buy a Marauder, which has bull
barrel (quiet) and a 10 rounds magazine.
Advantage:
1. Quiet with silencer (less noise when fired than that from the pellet
impact on target)
2. Very accurate (sub inch group at 30 yards with 9X scope)
3. Cheap ammo

他教育儿子，这种东西不是能教的，这种东西，其实是通过沉默(silence)而获取的。
他教自己的儿子吟唱对神的赞美歌，至于具体的修行方法，好像说了这些：

和夏季见到away的人，都能看到away的长发，现下away的头发正处于不长不短，青黄不接
的时期，看上去是不怎么令人舒服。MMX实在看不下去，要替away剪出一个极有创意的发型
来(自告奋勇状)，away前天喝过些酒，不知道是不是酒性未过，不知怎的就已经坐在那里
了，而MMX手中已经多了一把明晃晃的X。

has extra silencing effects)...but for single clones, u are picking those
with good/reasonable expressions, so there isn't a real issue in term of
promoter silencing because you already exclude those when u pick the clones.. |

发帖数: 354 | 46 不要用mscv，cmv这些常规retrovirus的promoter，很快会被silence，可以用plenti，
psin，phage等，ef1a, cag, pgk可以坚持一段时间，但是也存在被silence等现象.转
质粒总体比较困难，病毒是最高效的方法。在细胞传代的同时加lentivirus，
polybrene，然后spin半小时，效率会很高. rock inhibitor记得加，不然细胞会死光
光.病毒含血清的话几个小时后就可以换掉，如果要drug selection，过夜也没事，第
二天可以继续加rock inhibitor，浓度可以降到5um。
