SHRIMP ETOUFFEE, 应该是Louisiana 风味的,微辣海鲜,冬天里吃暖暖的。也是在
别家PARTY吃到好吃先学,然后先卖到劳工DEPT PARTY,挺受欢迎的。而且做起来简单
,如果提前把菜切好,只需要30分钟COOKING TIME。 缺点就是不能放,一放就变色。
所以那天中午溜回家现做,热乎忽端去劳工DEPT PARTY的。吃完LG系里几个人要菜谱。
。。人给介绍说是被改良成中国口味的海鲜。。我晕。。这就是个地道美国菜,准确的
说是法系的,因为Louisiana曾是法国殖名地,所以他们的生活习惯很大程度沿袭了

去除了裙边,更适合。这次backrib促销,就用backrib做了。
第二步 冲洗,去除背面的膜,沥水,后擦干
第三部 准备RUB,我常用这个,简单,效果也不错,盐:黑胡椒:paprika:白糖:红糖
=1:1:1:5:5
第四部 抹rub,抹完,肉肉非常性感,我喜欢腌过夜
第五步 起火,喜欢用 chimney starter,塞两团纸即可。
第六步 没有smoker,就用经典的weber one touch gold 22.5寸代替,左边一滩水,右
边一滩煤球。一滩水的
作用防止肉过干,铝盘还能接住滴下来的油脂。
第七步 架肉在水盘上方,1-2块肉直接放上去即可,离火6寸多。肉多的,不要直接叠
在一起,专业的用rib rack,廉价解决方案,弄成肉卷,缺点是做完了是弯的。低温长
时间熏烤,上下通风口留一条缝即可。密封不好的烤炉可以把通风口关掉。
第八步 控温,250-275F 为理想温度,如果有无线温度计,会更便捷监视温度,一边灌
水,一边监视温度

Infant cereal
Mix chicken, potato, milk, and butter in a small saucepan. Simmer over low

我狂热的去寻找那道Julia child’s boeuf bourguignon的recipe和视频,趁着春假有时间
有精力来实践这道费时费力的红酒炖牛肉。虽说炖牛肉,家家都有各自不同的味道,可我还是想个人
崇拜一把,尝试一下这道家喻户晓的经典法国炖菜。
以下90%忠于Julia Child的原版做法。有兴趣有时间的童鞋们可以参考一下哈。
用料:
Stew beef 2磅
Bacon 3-4条
洋葱半个切成小块
胡萝卜若干
白蘑菇若干quartered
调料:
Red wine
Butter
Beef broth
Garlic

dressing: 两个番茄去皮去心切小丁,用橄榄油炒一炒,加水或高汤煮开后小火simmer半
小时以上,加盐调味。
galic shrimp: 虾去皮去泥肠,在galic和butter里中火煎两分钟,一边一分钟,捞出控油
,洒些黑胡椒粉。
Spaghetti: 折半煮熟,drain。
作虾的油锅去掉蒜片留点butter油,小火加热,加spaghetti,方少许cheese,加入虾,混
合调味,乘出后浇上dressing.
配上红酒,面包,沙拉。 丰富的一餐。

这个地方因为靠近Tysons Corner,周五去吃饭的人特别多,有时候要等。但是环境服务
很好,性价比不错,很喜欢吃他家的GANG PED YANG (Slices of roasted duck
simmered in a red curry with pineapple and cherry tomatoes )
他家一个优点是米饭可以选白米还是棕米,而且不另外收钱。

Dear Mrs. Nacy,
Well, the school year certainly seems to have gone off with a bang! Though
summer had its ups and downs, after a while it simmered off with a whimper.
In comparison, my 7th grade year seems to be a frenzy of colors, nervousness
