Ice sheets simmering in warmer ocean waters could melt much quicker than
realized. New research is suggesting that as oceans heat up they could erode
away the ice sheets much faster than warmer air alone, and this interaction
needs to be accounted for in climate change models.

3-4 ounces dried rice noodles, (soaked and simmered for 5 –10 minutes
depending on the size of the noodle)
15 rice papers, soaked for aprox. 30 seconds
1 ½ cups bean sprouts
¾ each, carrots and seeded cucumbers julienne

Beat egg yolks, 4 tablespoons sugar and vanilla in a mixing bowl until thick and creamy.

，其实它们完全是两码事，确切地说是鸡蛋烹饪中完全不同的的两个状态：溏心蛋的蛋
清已经凝结，而蛋黄有一点儿的流动性，而温泉蛋，恰恰相反，蛋黄已经成型，蛋白却
处于吹弹欲破的半固体状态，与极嫩的豆腐花相似，可以说完全颠覆了大家直觉上对鸡
蛋的认识，这其中的细节和奥妙，且听洋洋慢慢道来。
温泉蛋不是中餐里常见的做法，也不是西餐中常见的做法（西餐中常见的“半熟蛋”，
Soft Boiled Egg，更接近溏心蛋概念），它是日本人靠着天时地利创造的一种吃法。
日本位于亚欧板块和太平洋板块交界处，火山与地震活动非常频繁，丰富的地热资源让

lunch time remind me one of my last night dinner reciepe.
1. 小块牛排, pre-marinated
2. 虾, 去壳, 过水
3. 奇丰阁香辣脆肚备用
4. pasta, boiled, 备用
5. parmesean cheese 少许
煎牛排三分熟, 加虾, 煎虾少许, 加pasta, 然后入香辣脆肚, 改小火, simmer 3 mins,
加parmesean cheese on top, 入oven (pre-heated) bake 5-mins.
