所有的公司都可以甩掉保险这个包袱，竞争力大大提高。VA MEDICAL 系统取消，
medicare, medicaid也取消，全部归到single payer healthcare. 所有医疗服务都是
私有公司提供。
税当然要多交：无论公司还是个人，现有gold医疗保险计划花费的80%算医疗税。
medicare，medicaid 和 VA MEDICAL 资金也计入医疗税。实行几年，个人和公司医疗
税可能会减少。
这样，少了中间人，各个医疗部门也可以大大降低管理费用。政府医疗服务部门从53个
系统（medicaid每个州自成系统）精简到一个系统，成本也大大降低。
任何福利都会有人钻漏洞，按法律办事就是了 |

比现在的保险公司给的低。价格比其他发达国家高20%，和现在价格比是大降价，同时

对于老百姓，现在有6% medicare tax, 代之以8% healthcare tax，中产阶级也省钱。

如果这single payer极大幅度降低医疗收费，如果象加拿大那样持卡就医，那就不是坏

平均每个人6700 美金一年，medical每个月给医生一个病人三十美金，一年才360 美金
，medical的病人很难找到医生愿意接受medical. 因为给医生钱少，医生看这种病人看
一个就亏本一个。而且看这种病人还要做很多paperwork，然后半年以后才拿到支票，
很多时候还被想方设法的拒绝支付医生做的治疗说没有必要--medically unnecessary.
平均6700 美金一年，medical一年给医生一个病人360 美金。剩下的6100报销药费，
检验费，住院费用等等，还有行政管理的工作人员的工资福利还有工作的paperwork消
耗了。你给我说single payer 节省钱？ 政府搞这些只能让政府越来越臃肿然后越来越
多的官僚主义。这里面多少浪费多少腐败那就说不清楚了。而且全民医保就会搞得和英
