晕视力下降等症状
昨天约了家庭医生，问了持续多长时间，哪里疼，然后我给你开点药吧！我说能给我做
脑CT吗？我担心有tumor ,医生说好吧！ 于是昨天下午四点去做，中午护士给我打电话
说是 sinus infection,给开10天的抗生素。我目前还没有看到片子
请问各位这是什么病？ 和鼻窦炎有关系吗？（我没有鼻窦炎啊，只是最近一周感冒，
鼻子不通气） 这种东西通过ct看到的和其他的如tumor是完全不同的东西ba ?不会有误
诊的可能吧？！一般来说还需要进一步检查吗？

了耳鼻喉科医生，医生建议做个脑部的MRI.做完后医生看过了报告后说脑部没什么异常
。 不知道有没有必要再找脑神经科的医生看一下？ 报告如下。小时侯得过鼻窦炎，出

he can go see ENT(ear, nose, and throat) specialist,
if it's truly sinusitis causing the headache, needs to take care of the
sinusisit, take antibiotics, use nasal spray with saline, and also can use
steroid nasal spray such as nasonex(which is hideously expensive),
what you could also try is to get the sinus rinse kit from walgreen, i
forgot the name by now, but it's a combination of salt, baking soda, mixed
in lukewarm water and you can squirt it through nostrils, it will rinse
through sinus |

的情况，请大家出个主意。
做Ct发现有整个sinus有积液，还有往眼睛和鼻子发展的趋势。ct结果不能确诊是什么
，看了三个ent医生都说要做endoscopy sinus surgery.第二个医生说我的鼻子有点歪
，还得加一个Septoplasty.
关键是我自己不头痛，鼻子也不觉得堵，也不怎么流血。就是觉得脸部脖颈有压迫感（
不舒服）。
一个医生说如果是2-3cm，可以观察一下，可是现在整个sinus都被填满了，如果有感染
，后果很严重。必须做。

short implant哪个好呢？sinus lift是拔牙后直接做呢?还是要等一段时间呢？ 这个
有什么副作用么？
3. 我刚30+，怎么会一下子坏掉两个牙齿呢？ 是否缺少什么微量元素之类的，需要去
家庭医生那里检查一下？

发帖数: 46 | 43 看到很多人说泵奶，有时忘带，或者电源声音过大，或要清洗，我很想根据自己的经验
介绍另一个选择--手挤（hand expressing). 刚开始我也不知道这个方法。我也去买了
奶泵，但没舍得买200多的，只买了20 多的电动的。感觉不好用，就上网搜相关信息，
结果看到hand expressing 还有它的优点，然后就试。大概1-2周就很熟练了，15分钟
一边。我也试过将2个宽口杯放在合适高度的桌子上，两边一起挤。但累，后来就坐下
，一手拿杯，另一手挤。自己能感觉挤空，每次每边有1-2个奶阵儿。后来上班后也一
直hand expressing. 很方便，不用带一大堆部件，没有声音，减少清洗。如有兴趣可
以搜“hand expressing“（e.g., http://www.askdrsears.com/html/2/t024900.asp)
当然你很满意和有条件泵奶，那不用考虑这个选择。如果我当时会用电动的，也许我也
不会想到试hand expressing.
据说现在国内揉奶师很火。揉只是一方面，关键要挤出来，才能通。没通之前，要冷敷
；通之后，要热敷。

infection。
我家的宝宝刚上daycare第一年就是反复感冒，所以流鼻涕总是不断。儿医说超过四个
星期的鼻涕他就一般判断为sinus infection了。
前面一个妈妈说的用saline water喷鼻子对我家这个很有效。我是大量地往她鼻子滴盐
水，可能也有点irrigation的意思。感冒的时候还一天多次。这样坚持下来她再感冒也
很少鼻子塞得睡不着了。我记得nose irregation对治疗慢性鼻炎和预防感冒都有效。
我曾经在这个版上问过sinus infection的治疗办法，记得有个妈妈说她家的吃香菊胶
囊（把粉末倒出来混在水里）治好了长期的鼻塞鼻涕问题（好像是两岁多的小孩）。你
要不要试试问中医找点办法？ |

捏鼻子倒是可能会增加一点点 sinus infection 的概率，理论上鼻腔的
pressure 的关系。不过说到底也就是个概率，而且最坏情况也就是
sinus infection 一次，大多数 sinus infection 都不用抗生素就自然痊愈了。 |

我家老二前年冬天开始咳嗽，去看医生，医生说是过敏，让吃Zytech一周
看有没有用；发现Zytech没用后，又让上inhaler，一周多后还是没用，
然后才说可能是sinus infection，开了anti－biotics，吃了几天就不咳嗽。
前后折腾了一个多月，dr appt好几次。
去年冬天，同样的问题，去看医生，我说可能是sinus infetion，可是医生
还是先try allegy medication，最后吃了抗生素才好。
最近又开始咳嗽，我就直接去药店买Afrin（for sinus infection）了，
不管用再去看医生。 |

的猫妹，她是我的第二只猫。她三个月的时候我从PETSMART领养来的，是为了给猫儿子
作伴，我一手抱大的。小时候和我亲，不抱就不睡。长大后就不理人了，她会来蹭我，
偶尔跟我撒娇，来找我睡觉，但不许我碰她，不许我主动拉她来一起睡，梳毛时候身体僵
硬，态度也很勉强。但可以一起玩。后来我发现她不是不喜欢我碰她，是她胆子很小，
性格过于腼腆，加上她哥哥经常欺负她欺负的很厉害，所以我碰她的时候她都会吓一跳。
我的猫儿子，以前是人家放养的，就是说每天都随意跑出去和邻居猫一起玩的
那种。后来人家不要了（其实他就是我从这个版上领养的），我带到我家，我住
的是封闭式公寓，不可能让他出去，出去肯定就得走丢了。于是他就开始郁闷。
大家都知道猫是爱清洁的动物，经常用舌头刷洗自己。我的猫儿子因为郁闷后来
都不清理皮毛了，身上的毛经常是乱糟糟的，黯然失色的。每天除了睡觉就是耷
拉着脑袋站在门口等着人放他出去玩，我当时很替他痛苦，都想让他出去算了。
可是出去的结局就是走丢和被车轧死，我没办法接受这个。于是就领养了前面那
