有一件事是从头做到尾的，就定这么个目标吧。乱减肥了很多年，终于说服自己既然走
不了纤细路线那咱就走健美路线吧，体质练低点穿衣服应该也不差吧。订了个Bianchi
Impulso Dama 105，那么好看的race bike，我肿么也得练的有点型才能穿紧身裤上大
街不是？我看那街上骑racing bike的都跟体操运动员似的。于是我开始荔枝了。我开
始严格用myfitnesspal记录每天的食量，每天摄入量定在1200cal，我身高164，开始荔
枝体重127磅，目标体重110磅，不知道哪里测体脂，不然其实想订个减体脂的目标的。

今天很倒霉，去了两趟gym才游成，第一次去赶上美国大妈们group exercise，把游泳
池占了。害我淋浴冲的湿漉漉的，还得无耐的撤了。Gym关门前1小时，又去了一趟，泳
池里冷清了很多，总算可以安安静静有一会儿了。
今天的运动量
Plank pose：做了3次，分别坚持了 1分30秒，1分和1分20秒。长的那个可能因为动作不标准，屁股没有完全放下来。
仰卧起坐：10组，共200个，都在垫子上完成的，做了full sit up，partial sit up，
push through，leg raise，head leg crunch等几个动作，发现我在full sit up方面
很弱，没做几个就肚皮疼的不行了，可能因为这个动作不能偷懒。
蛙泳 1000米 用时25分钟，开始还能胡思乱想，后来累的两腿发酸，口感舌燥，只盼
着快点游玩。
自由泳 300米 没计时，游玩蛙泳已经两腿发酸，没游几圈就草草收兵了。

of time a few limpers and one guy raised to 25$ everybody fold. The table is

本来是想仔细的recap从四月到六月的highlights.可是we live in the present! 所以
就简单的bullet point 吧~
1) LP成功的把一个小bankroll成长到可以take shots at 20/40 LHE. Take shot的结
果不错,目前大概+$3000. 她又自己开始看2p2,问的问题也比较有意义. 乐观的我认为
她应该已经是small winner at weekend LA 20/40 games.
2) 虽然六月让我想吐with a 250 big bet downwing. 整体来说还是非常满意的. Q2打
了175小时的20/40赢~1.2big bet per hour (BB/hr). 145小时的40/80赢~1.75BB/hr.
9小时的60/120输了~6BB/hr 哭(technically this was in July, but oh well I

话说我在bovada玩了这么久，只有一次让我怀疑对方是个robot，或者是两人collude，
我也不清楚。
有一次我玩hyper turbo 6-max sng，起始筹码只有300，买入是30+1.5，第一名得117
，第二名得63。
有这么两个人，A和B，他们位置是挨着的，从游戏开始就轮流时不时tank直到时间耗尽
sit out，然后马上又回来。比赛中间倒是没看出来什么异常。
到了还剩最后三个人的时候，A，B和我。这时候我才发现他们可能有某种联系。
当时A有接近1000的筹码，我和B比较接近，都是300多，位置关系：A是button的时候，
B是小盲，我是大盲。每次我大盲的时候，A必然shove，我也没啥牌，加上他是chip
leader，一般都fold。每次我fold on the button之后，A就一如既往的tank，直到sit
out了然后马上回来。
终于有一把，A fold之后，B shove with K2，我用AQ call，他flop two pair，我就
出局了。

在emerald princess上正式坐下点菜的餐厅有三个。Botichelli分两个sitting的，
early 6点半or late 8点15, 就是订的
时候就要选的, 不然不能去这吃。Da Vinci和Michelangelo是any time的,谁都可以去
。三间餐厅每天的menu是一样
的。但到晚上的时候，any time的这两间餐厅就常常人满为患，要拿牌子在外面等位。
如果开始订好了Botichelli，轮到你sitting的时间去就可以了。错过了那个sitting
time，可以再转去any time的两间餐
厅也可以。所以前人和我们推荐，订的时候不要选any time dining。

其实这不是我第一出电视剧，记得高中时同学仔之间就流行看Friends，因为据闻有很
多黄色笑话。不过我随大流看了几集，其实觉得一点都不好笑，我只会呆呆地坐着看完
，期间嘴角一下都没有抽，只是当完成任务明天回去和同学仔有些话题，强忍无聊坚持
看完而已。我觉得Friends的文化背景要求很高，不是美国长大的人不容易看进去的。
然后就发现这出My so-called life。其实这电视明珠台（TVB的英文台，我以前看过的
英文电视电影基本都是那里看的）很不重视，没有放在晚间时段，而是放在晚饭6点左
右的时段，通常都是放些非常不好看的sit-com，不好看的程度，基本让我情愿转回中
文台看新闻。但这个电视是例外，我看的第一集就很惊艳，是我从来没有看过的类型：

第一天”明显是两天，从开始工作到天黑，一共是20个小时。估计是第一天夜里没加班
，和第二天早上连一起了。而且可以注意里面基本上一个昼夜交替是20小时，说明一天
还休息了4个小时。视频里也没说是连续工作或者六天建成。所以全部时间应该是7天到
8天。工作时间是136.5小时。但是能这样建起来还是很令人惊讶的。远大公司还在世博
会上面花了24小时建造了一栋展示楼，那个有24小时连续视频。
下面是Youtube上外国人的部分评价。里面当然有一些是嘲笑中国产品质量低下的。但
是更多的是惊讶。搞笑评论也很多。欧美发达国家因为建筑项目少，所以市场养不起太
多的建筑工人，所以建筑的时候花费时间总是特别长。很多欧美居民对此非常不满。所
以建筑速度虽然值得自豪，却也并不是说我们比欧美强很多。这一点要客观看待。但终
归来说，中国人现在吃苦耐劳的本色仍然非常强大。
外国人的自嘲看看就好，每个国家的人都看自己国家不顺眼。哈哈。

An elderly gentleman...
Had serious hearing problems for a number of years. He went to the doctor
and the doctor was able to have him fitted for a set of hearing aids that
allowed the gentleman to hear 100%
The elderly gentleman went back in a month to the doctor and the doctor said
, 'Your hearing is perfect.. Your family must be really pleased that you can
hear again.'

我都不理他，要他先sit。结果昨天人家自己总结出来了，见到我进门，很兴奋的冲过
来，然后sit。不过sit的时候全身肌肉都很紧张，蓄势待发的样子，我能感觉到他的每
根毛发都兴奋激动的站起来了！

发帖数: 1476 | 43 最近某狗非常爱跳起来扑人.能不停地跳,跟弹簧似的. 制止无效.让他马上sit也无效.
因为他觉得跳了之后再sit是一系列的动作,他就跳几次之后就sit.然后再跳. 我的耐心
真的快被磨光了.爸妈来了,本来就不怎么喜欢狗,他老是扑我妈妈,把妈妈身上都抓出好
几道印子了.妈妈本来就比较怕狗,弄得现在某狗一扑她,她就吓得大叫....我实在是心
疼妈妈. 这臭狗怎么这么不听话.我真想暴打他一顿已解心头气....气得我把他煮了的

发帖数: 26631 | 44 最早的时候就是训练sit, 我是不用stay口令的， sit就意味着要坐好， 没有free的话
不能动。
让她sit的时候我就故意做些干扰动作，比如在她前面走来走去， 拿个网球在她面前晃
悠， etc。 她要是坚持不动我就把球奖励给她。
他们很聪明， 这个学起来很快的。 |

我觉得要求一点也不高,之前有只小狗也是二月大的时候我就开始教了,那只二天内就学
会了SIT, SHAKE, BACK,STAY,COME.那只胆大粘人,所以学得快.
这只小边牧从昨晚开始有意无意地和我们SHAKE了,今天我关它在屋一天,我一回来,它特
别高兴,可能是因为高兴,所以听我口令了,叫它SIT也就SIT了,叫它SHAKE马上就SHAKE了
.我想它之前是因为害怕的原因. |

放松的时候leash 走的很好。就是不能在城市里养他害怕总低个头，一害怕就会拉
leash 想跑，劲真的挺大的，需要时间来overcome 这个fear.我这里环境已经算很好了出门就海边有很大很大的草坪人也很少。除了农村可以比一下， 城市的就算了。 跟狗和猫都恨friendly 尾巴摇的厉
害。跟狗爱玩，跟熟悉的人爱在你附近脚下附近睡觉尊重你的space。不认识的他就跑
到crate 里面了。

也不要用棍子
我知道这些都是让狗更兴奋的行为
最基本的就是镇静，同时注意千万别人孩子跑。如果孩子在身边，抱起来。狗也怕比他
高大的东西，孩子个子矮，容易被撞翻
有些受过教育的狗，你干脆直接说：stop或者sit！
说不定他会听话的坐下来
我就碰到过这样的
一只黑lab，不过当时他还小，呵呵
马路上冲过来
我直接说，stop
他就停了
然后我说sit
他就sit了
他就是我后来喜爱的lucky！不过是别人家的…… |
