《夏洛特烦恼》里，大傻用一口流利的孟加拉粤语唱了两句《倩女幽魂》，马冬梅一巴
掌呼了上去说，不许侮辱我偶像。从这一巴掌的力度可以看出，粤语不好学啊。
粤语虽然难学，但很多人都觉得粤语很好听，粤语歌也很好听。平时和朋友聊天，很多
人都有这种感觉。《港囧》这片子唯一的成功之处就是为广大歌迷搜集了一个经典粤语
歌歌单。我觉得粤语歌好听，绝不仅仅只是因为旋律的问题。
骑行到广东，有一个很大的收获就是学会了粤语，还没有挨过巴掌。虽然不能像本地人
一样地道，但大部分的交流都可以应对。作为一个粤语小学生，我觉得粤语好听主要有
三个原因。
一是粤语的调多。普通话是四个调，粤语有九个调。至于这九个调怎么说，可以学一下
用粤语数数，三九四零五二七八十，这九个数刚好是粤语的九个调。粤语九个调里面除
了第一声和第二声和普通话一样外，其他七个调都是普通话里没有的。这九个调从最高
调到最低调皆有，所以听起来起伏不定，抑扬顿挫，层次感非常明显。粤语本身的音调
就像一段旋律，当它在谱上一段旋律契合的曲子，自然很好听。

今天我去Inverness上课，回来的时候坐在公交车的最后一排，坐我右手边的先生很困
的样子，在打瞌睡。当公交车到达Nairn的时候，我突然发现坐我前排的先生坐立不安
，他的报纸掉地上，他也不能捡起来，就好像喝醉了一样，好像在说，帮帮我，帮帮我
。我被吓到了，我摇醒我右手边的先生，请他看看是什么状况。他问前排那位先生，那
位先生回答说，我没事。可是他仍旧挣扎着坐立不安。我们喊司机：司机，司机。司机
没回应。车到Forres以后，状况依旧。我走到司机旁边，请求帮助。司机和我走到后排
，他决定请求急救车。我们等着急救车来，不到10分钟，车来了，医生上了公交车来到
后排，发现他忘了用糖尿病的药导致的状况。医生当即在公交车上施救。这时候11路公
交车来了，我改乘这辆公交车回Elgin。及时赶回了Elgin图书馆。总结这件事，我意识
到，我不摇醒右手边的先生，或者不报告司机，都可能导致人生事故。不需要医学只是
，判断人的异常很简单。这也使我回忆起安徒生的童话皇帝的新衣。如果那个小孩不指
破谎言，那依然会愚弄人民。我自豪为了世界和平我能成为第一个投石问路的人。

今天晚上回家晚了，路上没什么人
几个白人，带了2条狗，和我迎面走过来
他们狗都没牵绳，其中一条大狗直接就扑到我腿上了
我吓的叫了起来，其中一个白人女的很挑衅的看了我一眼
后面2个男的，叫了狗一声，然后狗离开了
连道歉都没有
我承认我很包子，看路上没人，他们有3个人，都很不nice
我没带手机，也没办法报警。我也没敢说什么，赶紧回家了。
大家遇到这种情况怎么办呀？
有时候我在公园也碰到人遛狗不牵绳的，而我们这个公园要求牵绳的
如果大家遇到不牵绳的大狗，会不会觉得很不舒服呀？
我是很怕大狗的，遇到这样的大狗我真的很害怕。

不满意。它是sit-in，我憋在里面坐久了会腰疼；另外净重50磅，我当初河里找鱼的经
验也不错，经常搞一天累得很，完了还得把它举到车顶。于是我就换了8 尺 Lifetime
Calypso，sit-on-top，钓鱼时可以把两脚搭在筏子外面，活动空间大，腰不疼了。8尺
的筏子38磅塞进full-size的轿车后箱就能带走。缺点也有，sit-on-top体型比较偏胖
，行进速度不行；重心高自重轻所以稳定性不行；容易进水，需要配防水衣和水鞋，衣
鞋两年左右破损就得换一套，比sit-in就多了些开销。 |

sit down" when squatting instead of "sitting back". This is the easiest way
to get your knees over your toes and have knee pain from squatting.
The correct way to squat is always initiating the movement with your hips by
sitting back first. Then instead of sitting down, you would try REALLY HARD
to keep your knees out toward the side when you descend.

做工。你坐几百个sit up开始见效快就是这个原因。但hip flexor 耐力增加后，在这
样大组数就不起作用了。
sit up 能练到腹肌的方法有两个 1。设法分割hip flexor和腹肌，让hip flexor去忙
别的事，这就是所谓的janda situp 2.大重量sit up.
