不过你提的问题都是不错的问题，也确实是目前MALDI imaging存在的问题
不过还是那句话，LC/MS不是万能的，MALDI imaging确实是有力的补充
in situ的检测还是跟萃取得到不一样的信息的，比如萃取可能会破坏一些native
conformation,有时native conformation disorder才是关键。
另外有时biomaker分布才是关键，如果萃取的话，
每一块tissue都dissect出来还是比直接imaging烦很多
现在的MALDI的速度跟自动化程度，跟数据处理都提高很多了，
imaging的速度很快，关键是样品制备，也比以前快跟容易很多
还有你前面说的定量的问题，也不是不可以解决的
另外现在imaging 慢慢开始朝bioimaging以外的方向发展，这些都蛮有意思的
总之，不是一无是处，还是有research的意义所在的
imaging |

上用GC－MS检测羧酸的时候都是喜欢用甲醇做溶剂， 掺点二氯亚砜in situ形成甲酯来

多项造假被揭露出来，其造假之胆大妄为、厚颜无耻令人瞠目结舌。比如：申请基金时
，伪造课题组成员；申请省科技奖时。伪造高“他引率”、伪造国际主要物理期刊的“
特约审稿人”；令人发指的是，一个所谓的“教授”为其女儿申请美国大学时造假；论
文数据造假；还有比论文数据造假更加恶劣的造假，由于本人暂时未获知情人授权，无
法公布。但，相信华人读者都猜得到这是什么。
本报道公布该校造假的部分项，以警示全体海外华人学者国内的学术腐败到了怎样地步。
1.张喜田于2013年申报黑龙江省基金时，为了提高成功率，在其课题组成员中加入一个
非哈师大雇员的名字伪称哈师大教授，并在其基金申请书中列出该人论文若干篇。最后
，该基金获批。
2.张喜田在2014年申请黑龙江省科学技术奖时，伪造高“他引率”。在申报材料声称他
的论文有多于1000“他引率”。实际上，张喜田的“他引率”小于100次。“他引率”
很容易查证，可见张喜田的胆大妄为！另外，张喜田伪造是20几种国际物理期刊的“特

There are many methods to measure thin film's thickness, for example, using
AFM (Atomic Force Microscope), Cross sectional SEM (Scanning Electron
Microscope). For in situ measurement, you can use ellipsometry or QCM (Quartz
Crystal Microbalance), all those are standard methods for semiconductor
manufactuaring hence you can find their principles easily from related books
and internet. |

本人在1997年的一篇文章中看到 in situ monitoring system 能够帮助控制 film 精度
到 20nm 。不知现在能到什么地步？plasma-itching 这样的技术是否能达到更高的精度

处理很困难,加水,用电化学的方法(具体看是什么污染物了),bioremediation就更慢了.
快一点的方法有...啥也不做,过半年,然后宣布处理完了,开始盖楼. |

usually big and the the flow rate is high. It is part of the sewer system
with the original design.
Interceptor system usually is built at outfalls to intercept seweage from
discharging to water body directly and then divert seweage to public
treatment works to control SSO/CSO.
Sometimes interceptor system also works as kind of storage tank to reduce
peak runoff and under this situ its size is HUGE. |

做应用也是不错的，可以说纳米材料现在的主要困境就是找不到合适的应用。在研究中
，也可能对机理有所贡献。
做合成那当然是没戏的，环境系有必要的表征手段么？laman，NMR，XPS，in-situ XRD？
对物理化学，固体物理和界面物理和化学没有了解的人，最好还是别赶趟。刚开始可能
红火一段，最后免不了做死。

是他进这行的原
因，按说他也挺理想主义过. 但我看他做了２０年brownfield redevelopment后还不是
客户说啥
就干啥。有时连我都稀奇他为何会想做一些迎合客户但事实上是有可能违法regulation
的事情。
我们曾帮一家top保险公司做了一个项目，我做的RAW（remedial action workplan)交
上去不到
一个月州环保局就批了。到了实际施工的时候由于其中一家是餐馆，不想开挖想用in
situ
remediation.(一种治理方式）， 头和客户嫌我设计的用SVE（SOIL VAPOR EXTRACTION
）的方
法耗时长, 技术听起来不fancy. 你大爷的当做工程师是做超模啊，哪样便宜实用就得
用那样。于是用
了别的office的senior PMs想出来的用ZVI（zero valent iron)的方法。结果一交上去
就给保
