现在基本上是一天跑步一天跳操。嗯，效果刚刚的，于是眼看着腰细下来了，前几天死
活套不上的miss sixty的26x34的裤子终于套上了，虽然还有点勉强；以前只能边看别
人奔比基尼照边对之XMJDH的川字终于也隐隐约约开始浮现在自己的肚子上了，虽然还
需要一点想象力才能看到⋯⋯
再说悲。
还是跑步＋跳操，对腿的效果那也是刚刚的啊！TAT 传说中的跑步粗小腿力量粗大腿完
全在我身上得到了充分体现，大腿尤其悲催，前面靠外侧的肌肉越来越突出，内侧的脂
肪似乎死也消不下去。整条腿有渐渐萝卜化的趋势。可以预见到，再这么下去，不久的
将来，我那条千辛万苦才穿上的miss sixty将会因为腿太粗而再度套不上⋯&#
