一直在东部，未曾有过glacier travel的经验，去年memorial day weekend和guide尝
试了这两座山，都在一半的时候由于雪崩的危险退了回来。当时感觉自己爬应该可以，
只要天气够好。所以今年定了独立日的机票。本来只准备爬Mt. Hood,但临时有一个
local guy说他可以爬Rainier，于是努力把这两座山压缩到三天，（不推荐如此紧凑的

你应该下载一个SKETCHBOOK EXPRESS, 在GOOGLE PLAY上有免费版的.
我用这个软件涂鸦了风景.第一幅花是用 DRAW SOMETHING这个软件画的,
你也可以试试, 我用了其中的SKETCHY这个笔触画花的外形和花瓣叶脉的线条.
外形我觉得写意即可,往往一笔下去不改.也不管是不是符合现实.至少这样才能保证线
条流畅.我觉得线条涂抹后会很不好看,其次,在画花的外形和叶脉的时候,你用压力笔要
有轻重之分, 重的地方,线条肯定,用于外形勾勒, 而到叶脉纹理的地方,用压力笔轻轻
一拖一带,就能有柔和隐约的效果, 花的色调什么的都是按照照片的大体意思去想象的. |

that's my point. the deciding factors are exogenous to the theory --
the evolution theory itself may be a good fit to explain the past, but not
much use because
a) it can't control its input (mutations are spontaneous due to agnoistic
reasons)
and
b) by definition it can't control its output, which is determined by the
exogenous
factors.
So the theory provides a plausible sketchy description of the origin of
species after-the-fact, but can't predict how the future would be.

，是我坚持下去的动力。因此在这里写下我的备考过程，希望能够对后来者有所帮助就
好。
作为一个毕业快十年，在实验室全职上班，又有家庭的CMG来说，备考的艰辛过程说来
都不容易，所以在这里就省略去这一段了，直接介绍一下备考经历。
我整个准备过程将近一年，从2016年4月开始到2017年3月29日参加考试。说心里话，看
了很多人的考经不少人都准备了两年甚至更长时间后，我一开始的信心是不太充足的，
能通过考试的都是身经百战的高手，而且只有一次机会，考得不好还不能再考，压力确
实不小。
但我想说的是，每个人的情况都不一样，我自己觉得我无法在两年甚至更长的时间里被
一个考试拖着，我更倾向于速战速决，在一年内解决掉step1这一步。战略定好之后，
当然随之而来的是战术的制定。作为全职上班者来说，每一天的复习时间都很珍贵，怎
么样在最短的时间内达到最大的复习效率，是贯穿我整个复习过程的关键因素，甚至在
冲刺阶段，这起到了决定性的因素。
就我自身的情况来看，我做了如下几个选择：

后两个月冲刺的复习强度很大，我基本早上8点-9点左右到图书馆，中午带饭，一直学
习到下午6点-7点，晚上回家吃完饭再学习2个小时左右，所以算起来大概是10-12个小
时了。
关于Kaplan video请看我另一个回复，即使前期我也没有听所有的科目，所以
pathology用的是pathoma，physiology 用的是BRS physiology，microbiology （
Kaplan的这本书太厚了，和immunology编在一起的，当时一看到就吓到了）用的是
sketchy medical 网站的microbiology 部分。
我买kaplan的2015版本，一个科目（比如pharmacology）大概有十个视频，一个四小时
左右，总共四十个小时作用。如果按1.5倍的速度播放，大概二十多个小时，每天复习
四小时的话，一周就能过完一科。
冲刺的时候我按1.6-1.8倍速重新听了biochemistry，anatomy，behaviroal science统

studies and adoption studies are typical. The variability in intelligence
for idential twins is largely accounted by environmental factors, as they
share the same genetic makeup. Adopted children may have similar environment
with biological children, yet their genes are from their biological parents
