发帖数: 174 | 4 才用了2个月，前几天开机发现屏幕坏了，然后给Lenovo打电话，让我把机器籍回去。
今天查了DHL，机器寄到IBM了，马上打电话查了一下维修的状态，接电话的人竟然说我
的LCD上有crack,换一个要700块刀！！！
这个公司怎么这么无耻，说crack肯定是我自己造成的，运输途中不可能损坏。
我当天用的情况就是把屏幕合上，然后，下午课上完了再打开就成这样了，保证屏幕和
键盘之间没有任何异物。
现在Lenovo那边说把情况反应到经理那边去，3－5天再做答复。谁知道经理会怎么说，经
理如果还是咬定我损坏的，难不成真的要打官司？
买了个Thinkpad惹了这么多一堆屁事。

请教一下在上法庭之前美国有没有类似国内消协的机构？听同学说有个BBB （Better
Buy Bureaus）有没有人和这个机构打过交道？该机构能起多大作用？
这几天都在给IBM打电话，昨天说要等今天拍了的photo出来，今天再打说photo明天才
能出来。我就问，你昨天退今天，今天推明天，到底要什么时候？而且把photo发给我
看是什么目的？就是想证明屏幕上是个crack，全部的责任都是我的？让后我让接电话
的上级接了电话，是个女的，职位是dispute administrator,最操蛋。她一接电话就说
，crack是不在保修范围内的，是你自己造成的。我就问她你有什么证据说是我造成的
，她反问我，你机器刚买来的时候是不是好的，我说是，然后又怎么会有crack了，我

价位低的馆子。我为什么提到ruth，哦，最近看cramer pump他们股票
而且都参加了"dine about town”，就去了ruth得馆子，算对他们的
股票的reality check八。
Roys是一个fusion类了，算hawaiian吧。promotion期间的dinner menu
是 3 course，价钱 $31.99。
First Course
Roy’s Hawaiian Fusion Sampler-Seared Shrimp Stick, Szechuan Baby Back Rib &
Lobster and Shrimp Potstickers
shrimp skewer没有什么，什么特别，但是那个baby back rib不错，虽然说
szechuan但我看没什么差别。味道比最近去的d&b, fridays好不是一个档次。
potstickers，不油腻，里面货色不错，到底是fusion，在锅贴下面配了一种
butter，有点口感不错的说。

诱人的，所以今晚纠集一帮朋友一起290上的那家。他们专门为这个$15的seafood
feast做了一个额外的菜单，很清楚。除了7种主菜外，其它每道有两种。
汤里面New England Clam Chowder 比 Seafood Gumbo好
沙拉里面Garden比Caesar好
主菜我们点的中间比较好的是 Garlic-Herb Shrimp and Chicken 和
Grilled Honey-BBQ Shrimp Skewers。那个Pasta不好吃。
甜点里面Triple-Chocolate Brownie比Apple Crostada好。
总体上，我对性价比和服务比较满意。
最近讨论餐馆服务和小费，所以今天比较留意服务的细节。服务生Michael，年轻。
点菜的时候比较耐心。因为有个朋友刚到美国，不熟，所以闷头不答话，我稍稍解释
