今天周5， 应该是我一周之中最堕落的一天，中午和朋友吃饭，晚上和lg吃饭，都是下
馆子这种。 吃的什么我都不好意思说了，肯定又破坏公主的inner peace了。 不过为
了compensate, 我做了平时2倍的锻炼也就是35X2分钟的减肥操。本着求实的精神把。
不过觉得自己真的有进步，因为想减肥n次了，这次是第一次这么认真的。
早饭: 一杯加牛奶的咖啡, 一个macDonald's mac griddle(sausage&egg);
午饭: 去了一个日本餐馆。要了一个bento box，里面有一点米饭，2个sushi, 一点
salad, 2个饺子，还有一点teriyaki chicken.
晚饭: 唉别怪我了，去了TGIF,喝了 long island ice tea, appetizer 是 japanese
chicken skewer, 主食是6oz stake 和3个 ribs. side是一点green bean 和broccoli.
明天要去hiking几个小时，希望能把多吃的卡路里补回来。

总体感受是才发现其实去饭馆吃饭也可以很healthy的。 以前每次下馆子都会吃很多。
现在看菜单 满眼都是carb,和fat. 只要有starch的都一概否了。 pork 不要, 只要
lean meat或者salad.
早饭: 一杯加牛奶的咖啡, 半份super fruit smoothie(70cal);
午饭: 和朋友去了greek restaurant, 吃了一个lamb skewer(有大概6块肉，分给了别
人2块), 一小份greek salad, 里面的cheese 全给lg了。 就是觉得olive oil 加的有
点多, 下次会让她们把 dressing 单独放到一个cup里这样可以自己掌握。
晚饭: 自己做了汤, 放了2/3盒豆腐, 一条鱼, 还有一些蔬菜, lg, 一个朋友加我3个人每人
喝了一点，还盛好多等明天中午吃。 之后吃了一个苹果, 5个almond
晚上还是以前的routine, 减肥操35分钟。 |

今天量的体重是119.8lb
早饭: 一杯加牛奶的咖啡,1/2份super fruit smoothie(70cal),8个almond(今天才看
nutrition chart, 这8个almond 竟然有200卡！！） ;
午饭: baby carrots和几个cherry.
下午茶: 一个苹果。
晚饭: 去了TGIF, 吃了一个半 chicken skewer, 1/4 pita bread, 8oz steak,
broccoli and green bean, 一杯long island ice tea。
今天绝对超标。晚饭之后shopping 了30 分钟(算是散步), 晚上回家做家务(主要是吸
地毯，然后洗地毯, 很累的!) 1个半小时。 |

favoring in Spain though, compeltely. however, you left no place for French.
Any reasons?
As to Korean food, I think their great contribution is galic/sugar/saseme
oil/soy sauce marinating for meat, no matter it’s bolgogi , or in table BBQ
. I would say garlic is used best in Korea. I love their radish kimchi and
spicy beef soup to Addiction level. Hmart is my blessing, you have no idea.

里混！
幸运的是经过艰苦的放疗加化疗，Achatz的癌症如今已痊愈。但在治疗过程中，他
的确是丧失了相当长一段时间的味觉。听Achatz在采访中描述自己味觉恢复的过程可真
是神奇：他最先体会到的是甜，然后是咸，其次是苦，再接着是其他各种不同方向的味

just Fantasy although that is looking damn good all by itself. My Sci-Fi
list last year was only 7 books long, which grew a little with the year, but
it was so short I combined it with UR and Steampunk picks. This year Sci-Fi
warrants a post all its own with loads of debuts and returning stars. The

1 onion
2 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
2 cloves garlic
1/2 C Braggs
2 C water

Clean and cut first six vegetables into chunks. Blend remaining

last night.
However, if you have a grill, I think we should just gather and have fun bbq
-ing together. :)
We are just going to have beef skewers, hot dogs and some fruits. I'll try
to bake some cup cakes or muffins tonight. Again, I think the most
important item is the grill.. not sure how big of a bonfire we'll have. We
