。海拔5430英尺,起点在Alpental,途径雪湖和宝石湖两个高山湖泊,全程不到10
mile,海拔高度变化超过3000英尺。从山顶下来的六七百英尺很爽,雪很厚滑起来很舒
服。
几点感受:
1. ski touring和一般的climb/hike时间安排上还是有差别的。要照顾雪况不能出发太
早,时间上也稍微宽裕点。我们8点半出发,两点来钟登顶,在湖边吃饭休息三点多天
都不怎么亮了才往回走。我是有点担心时间不够,不过看领队一点也不着急。后来发现
ski descent就是快,在trail上来的时候走了两三个小时回去一路滑到停车场半小时都
不到。
2.我们的路线要穿越雪湖。因为前一阵子气温较高,有点担心湖面没有完全冻住。领队
说只要上面的雪超过六寸,滑雪板踩上去应该没问题。我们还是选择了最短的穿越路径
,并且队伍分散开。每个人都把包上的带子解开,万一掉到湖里能把包直接扔掉。有人
连靴子上的扣子都全打开了,打算掉下去就直接把靴子踢掉。不过我边走边想,要是真

Fisher, Elan, Salomon... Let's share our experience with those skis.
My first one is K2-3. Typical beginner's ski, easy carving, but extremely
unstable at high speed.
Second one is Salomon Axedo 7. I felt terrible on them. Narrow bodys, shallow
side cut made them very tough to start turning.

is beginner-intermediate level ski. I do feel its vibration is quite big on
high speed and jump landing. SC9 is more stiff, but fits my level very well.
it's perfect for New England's icy terrain:) skiing on more advanced skis do
make you feel tired more easily, both because of the stiffness and weight.
it's a trade-off for control. my opinion is that skis don't differ too much,

1. lean forward; it'll feel like you're going ass over teakettle, but an
aggressive lean prevents your skis from skidding out from under you. that
forward thrust puts your weight on your edges, letting you dig in
2. weight and angulate; think 60-40 for weight on your downhill ski
compared to your uphill ski. Keep your knees flexed and point your
shoulders down the fall line, where you should be looking
3. steady now; keep your upper body quiet and arms out in front of you |

我今天才发现以前的ski是太短了。前几次都是146cm的,上两次都是153cm,今天试了一
下160cm的,感觉好多了。不光是速度快时稳定性好了,连转弯都觉得轻松很多。奇怪,
长的ski应该转弯困难点不是吗?(我170cm,目前175lb,减肥中。。。)
今天攒了一下RP,前面有个人摔伤了,我拦住一个人让他下去通知ski patrol,然后坐
下来陪伤者聊天,一直等到ski patrol来把她用雪橇拖下山。下来就把patrol的号码记
手机里了,但愿以后用不着。
今天又试了一下那里的黑道,觉得光陡坡问题倒是不大,mogul还是不行,林子不敢试

shaped) skis get a pair of 170s.
In general skis aren't that big of a deal, the order of importance should be
(from most important to least):
1) BOOTS
2) BOOTS
3) BOOTS
4) Bindings
5) Bindings
6) Skis
Did I mention that a good pair of BOOTS is the most important? :)
Whatever is the *closest* to your feet, is the most important.
Boot > Binding > Ski

it.
If you are going to be spending ALL of your time in the bumps, go with the
twister or the rebellion, they are mogul specific skis (assuming the twister
is the twister mogul version.)
I have the legend 8000 skis. They are relatively stiff and wide for the
purpose of skiing the moguls. But they are excellent, excellent all mountain
skis. Super stable, take on any terran, damp, can't say enough good things
about them. |

这个条件下你要非说能ski,那是没问题,不过没什么乐趣
两年前我们去rainier camp muir的时候,比你照片里雪还多,但是中间有很多段都是
露出来石头,尤其是在panorama point和pebble creek之间,只能脱下ski走,穿着ski
boots,扛着ski,从碎石坡上下山并不容易。 同去的有snowboarder,也一样难走。
最后我们从camp muir滑下来,总共用的时间比别人走下来都长。
这样的condition实际上并没有太多的乐趣,要想能够直接滑下来,雪要多很多才行,
如果都到了露台阶的地步,基本上就是这个状况了

models which usually come with at least 30% off up to 50% off discount. A
shop with good bootfitting service is the way to go.
if you know what kind of ski you are going to buy, then just figure out the
less expensive way to get it. used demo ski could be an option. you may find
it in ski shops near major ski area or ebay.

但这个趋势的对象是非竞赛型雪板。竞赛型雪板(不包括mogul, ski jump, ski cross
)应该还是停留在72之下。
本杂志是针对消费者, 因此突出向宽走这个趋势, 所以all-moutain(这个杂志标准是
70% piste, 30% off piste) 腰宽80不过分。
轮胎当中有四季胎,四季胎也叫四季都不太灵的轮胎。个人觉得all-mountain ski也有
在各种雪况都不太灵的嫌疑(本人是all-mountain ski 的长期拥护者)。现在感觉还
是要专,两付板分工要明确,on-piste 75 以下,off-piste 85左右(根据当地学况酌
定)。纯属个人意见。 |

如果只是那种低档的分体式的,直接mount在ski上的,容易磨损。
特例是那种mount在花样或者free ski上的分体式固定器,那个是
专门设计用来跳跃减震的,但是经常用来跳来跳去也磨损快。花样
板很多人都是一个雪季换一幅。
现在不少中高档的固定器都是Mount在垫板上的,垫板厂家已经直
接装在ski上了。这样的固定器质量要好不少,基本板子废了,固
定器还能用。
但是,但是,但是——不要用这种all mountain的固定器经常用来
跳跃,这种固定器不像Free ski bindings那样有减震装置,经常
跳会很损害固定器的。 |

2. Different ppl has different answer. For me, one day is for sure not
enough since I hope to ski in the rest of my life. If you worry that you
cannot ski enough before it closes, go early like 8:00 to get your equipment
rental done before the crowds.
3. ski resorts usually close at 3:30p.m. or 4:00p.m. unless it offers night
ski.

时就很疼,不过还能滑下来了。晚上疼得厉害些,走路转身时更疼。不知道值不值去看
医生?我想等过一个星期如果还疼就去看。大家的经验呢?
另外,ski不是应该脱落的吗?之前摔了个小小跤,一个ski都脱了,过不多久摔了这个
厉害的,两个ski倒结结实实的还在脚上。难道得有某个特定的力的方向ski才能脱落吗? |

和push downhill ski来拐弯,上下半身分离也很自然。第一天就可以试着用平行
ski从蓝道下来的。 上了两个课,还是挺有用的,知道怎么样是正确的姿势,
还有一些重要细节,比如前小腿骨要顶住boots, 上坡ski基本上不受力等等。
现在还比较不出来哪种更喜欢,第二天下午还是忍不住换上snowboard去黑道上
趁着powder练mogual和高速往下冲了几趟。 |

先把bingding和靴子上的雪清了,ski要往uphill的方向edge一点并且保证与坡平行(
这样你踩binding的时候不会忘下滑),先穿downhill ski再uphill ski ,用ski pole

of poles, it covers a lot of skills, including pole swinging, pole touching,
pole planting, ...etc. Using poles is especially important on skiing bumps
. Since you've never used poles before, I will suggest you start from pole
planting on blue trails. Your level is far away from skiing mogul trails
not even trying it. Skiing bumps is THE most difficult skill of skiing on

我的第一副是K2 apache stryker 118/74/103,在东北滑感觉90%的时候都很好。
另外我觉得买新ski的一个好处是,如果滑的不好的话没啥可以抱怨的了:)
从可以从黑道上survive下来到可以carving下蓝道,对我来说有一个huge learning
curve。因为我的是新ski,所以一直都在找自己的原因,而不是埋怨ski而想换另外的,
呵呵。
提醒一下你的这个好像有点rocker,估计是要买稍微长一些的?
我自己180cm,155lb,ski没有rocker,买的是167cm |
