你我说的都对的。yakult is a probiotic milk-like product made by fermenting a
mixture of skimmed milk with a special strain of the bacterium
Lactobacillus casei Shirota (copied from wiki). 那个Lactobacillus casei中文
学名干酪乳杆菌，就是一种乳酸菌啊。yakult和普通酸奶的不同就在这个菌。普通的除
了乳杆菌还有链球菌等
greek yogurt和普通酸奶的不同我也是才知道的。greek yogurt在普通酸奶的基础上要
加入奶酪(cheese)或棉布袋（muslin bags). 运用奶酪或棉布袋里的杆菌再发酵。经过
至少三次反复发酵后，奶酪中的糖分被消耗（含量更低），蛋白含量增加，所以口感更
粘稠。

5小时后我就关了。但是keep在烤箱里，接着发酵5小时。
拿出来放冰箱。

此外要是点某种咖啡比如 macchiato，基本上 espresso 量，foam 量，口味之类的都
是事先有标准的，没什么选择，顶多选要不要加糖,或者什么口味的 syrup。
实在更 fancy 一点的，就是问你要哪种咖啡豆了，那他们得告诉你他们有什么豆豆可

我看目前的趋势可能是，弯曲核心地带的差区会有更多的以白人领导的CHARTER SCHOOL
。这些CHARTER SCHOOLS拿政府资源，THEY SKIM THE CREAM OFF MILK，拿走坏区内最
好的学生，形成类似重点中学的形式，传统差区的school board会被边缘化。白人有很
多资源，搞charter不能如意，就sue。我以前看了很久想在redwood city买个房子出租
，因为我比较了解那里，但就是小小破烂黑屋都太贵了。redwood city的重点小学初中和
charter high过去这么些年眼看就起飞，形成系统了。现在新贵是gilroy的charter

Google pool solar. 就是把水泵到屋顶上用太阳加热。比如上周末我家泳池水温为82F
，游起来还不错。
pool我刚买房子时候也是请人维护，一个月$120。后来发现简单就自己维护了。主要就
是加氯水和清洁。夏天加氯水一周大概要一加仑$3.5，取决于泳池大小。冬季就不用加
氯水了。
春秋两季各需要清理一次filter，主要是体力活。请人的话好像是$80一次。
泳池维护里面最容易的部分是chemical balance。最不容易的部分就是清洁。不过这也
取决于pool所在的环境。而且现在都有和牛逼的pool robot cleaner，扔在池子里面自
己run就可以了。
夏天每个月我花在pool上的成本在$25(chemical)+$10(水)+$35(电费） = $70 , from
May/15th to 09/15. 其它时间非游泳季节是一个月$30. 一个夏天游四十次的话，全家
人每游一次成本$14. 除此以外还有一些其它好处；1） 美； 2）整个房子比较cool，
夏天基本不需要开空调。我觉的还不错。

看到了。这里回复以备其他人需要。感觉游泳池很少有人讲啊
泳池温度取决于个人感受。有的人冬天都可以游。。。
对多数正常人来讲，75F的水温有点凉，但可以游，至少大人都可以游；82F的水温就很
舒服了。
水温和气温还有日照相关。San Jose地区虽然夏天热，但是一般来说5月份水温还不会
很热，而有个pool solar会将温度提高10F左右。这样的话泳季大概可以前后各延长1个
月左右。
泳池深度也有影响。如果只靠太阳晒的话，比较深的泳池会出现表层水温暖但几十cm以
下很冰冷的问题。用solar或者多循环可以解决这个问题，将水温混匀。
水温高的话相对的对氯的量要的也多。这是trade off，注意。
请人维护无非做这么几件事：
weekly routine
1）刷池壁，防止algae最有效的办法。我建议是有好的pool cleaner的话可以利用
robot自己刷池壁和池底，自己补充刷robot去不到的台阶和死角。
2）skim surface，尤其是漂浮大量脏东西的话，用网捞捞
3）漂浮物一般会进入skimmer basket，就是取出来倒个垃圾桶，30s搞定，是个人就会
