就是杏仁露了，一般美国超市卖牛奶的旁边就有
unsweetened的一个240ml只有40cal（同样体积的skim milk有90 cal）
缺点是protein含量比牛奶低很多（1g vs 10g）
但是热量低了一倍多，口感比skim milk好（我加splenda喝或者对protein shake）
而且其他乱七八糟营养成分都比牛奶多，比如
（1 serving，240ml）

Iron 4%
Vit D 25%
Vit E 50% （妇女同胞最爱？）
Riboflavin 2%
Magnesium 4%

boards? I just skimmed these comments after reading the ones about Sherrod
and it's just nauseating. There seems to be a completely different set of
gripes against asians too... at least I don't see any of the same ones
used for black people. A lot are just poking fun at eastern philosophies
or language. How base can you get?

This should be a national program instead of having separate program for
each locality. Allowing people to make catch up contribution is just
another way for people to take advantage of the system. e.g. Someone would
never contribute before he's eligible to collect so he can be sure he doesn'
t loose his contribution if he died early. Or, allowing someone to make the
contribution, then find some way of denying his benefit. Thus allowing the
program managers to skim off the system. |

日本进口关税分通用关税和临时关税和two协约国关税三种，如果按季节没有临时调整
或者不属于two协约国，就执行统用关税税率。但日本，每一年度内经常频繁的调整相
关商品关税。
就奶粉而已，日本列在HS code 0401.10.110 目录下的通用关税是25%+每公斤63日元固
定费用，但2013年的临时关税为25%，没有固定费用。可是，对于two协约国，这25%的
关税收取后又退给进口商。这样一来，如果你是two的协约国，在2013年1月进口牛奶关
税其实是0.

即便是你说的最悲观的结果，这绝对不是永世不翻身的先例，
高院推翻前例的事情不稀奇。
这两天的庭辩很微妙。
感觉上是4-4，Kennedy 很可能会是中间的决定票。
最保守的Scalia在Windsor的庭辩里没有问太多问题，
而关于DOMA sec3是不是违宪，听上去好像没有什么好讨论的，
法官的提问和回答，更多是围绕大联邦主义的问题，
而on the merit的平权原则，法官们已经没怎么问了，
Kennedy 提了一千多项福利对gay 的影响，
Ginsburgh 说了个经典的 skim milk marriage【我很好奇她要不要写进她的判词】。
假设DOMA Sec3违反平权原则没什么争议，
而高院在几个technical 的问题上止步不前，
而不去裁决 是不是违反equal protection这个问题，
那高院确实怯懦。
我相信这不是高院的作风。
尤其这届高院三个liberal 女性法官，
应该会对DOMA sec3做出一个积极的判决。
另外那个Roberts的cousin该闭嘴了。

By the way, your recommendation that someone watch a 35 minute Clinton
speech is, I hate to say it, disgustingly stupid. In the time spent watching
a bland 35 minute speech written by a speechwriter/propagandist for the TV-
watching sub-100 IQ masses, one could read a chapter of a good book, or a
post on a good blog, and have gained, rather than lost, knowledge. (Perhaps
