油...烤至金黄.很饱腹~~~~
咖啡是用moka pot做的espresso,旁边白杯子的加了牛奶滴~~~
还有豆沙包,做砸了,旁边包的cheese包裂了,恩
最后奔个今天爬山照得枫叶,为啥不红内~~~~我等着捡叶子呢
豆沙包的方子如下:
1.面团子，用的面包机小册子上写的方子
1/2 cup water
1 large egg
2tbsp butter
1tsp salt
2cups all-purpose/bread machine flour
1/4 cup sugar
1-1/2tbsp skim milk power
1tsp quick-rise yeast
补充：butter要融化了的，可以用微波炉叮。而且一定要把其他材料先加，等面团子揉成团再加butter进去继续揉（如果用橄榄油可以一起加入）
2.这次用了冷藏发酵的方法.就是揉好面团子放入盆中封好,放入冰箱冷藏室14个小时以上.
3.整形前放在室温一小时,然后把面团子分份,让它们松弛10分钟

发帖数: 2461 | 22 最近迷上做酸奶. 根据版上的文章, 用电烤箱试了一次, 温度设在最低的170度, 折腾
了9个小时, 结果相当不满意. 事后灵机一动: 为什么不用真空煲呢?!
一试之下, 非常满意. 温度能够控制在满意的精度, 基本上不用管, 记得到时候拿出来
就行了. 这样, 经常闲置的真空焖烧煲又有用武之地了.
考虑到有新接触自制酸奶的ID, 这里顺便说说方法:
1. 当然是到店里买原味酸奶做种.
2. 牛奶/羊奶/各种奶不限哈
3. 准备培养酸奶的容器. 要求能够放进真空煲的内胆(锅)里. 我用透明的玻璃罐, 原
来好像是装Costco酸黄瓜的. 高度正合适我的象牌真空煲. 另外一个可用的玻璃罐原来
是大华99装酒酿的.
4. 取适量奶 (加上酸奶种子大概占容器的3/5就可以了, 不能太满, 因为奶变成酸奶后
体积将增加), 逐步加热到85°C(185F), 留置2分钟就可以了. 这一步的目的是除去杂菌与抑制
剂. 另外, 加热牛奶能使做成的酸奶更firm.
5. 将奶冷却至45°C左右.我是放在真空煲的内胆的冷水里, 顺便给内胆加温. 如果奶已

好吧，我老人家先来一个BSO。我老人家今年初体重在165磅左右，现在基本上维持在
135磅上下。最低有到过132.4磅。下面是我老人家11月22日的体重。也就是说，我老人
家一年减重30磅，并且保持住了。我老人家身高5’8, 173cm （半残），BMI是21，体
脂在7%至10%之间。也就是说，我老人家今年44岁，身材又和二十几年前刚大学毕业的
时候差不多了。逆生长啊，呵呵。
我老人家从7/21/2014开始每天记录净体重，下图是俺的体重每日变化图。为了保持数
据的一致性，我老人家这个裤子大理工琐男记录的是每日早上卸载后的净重。从数据里
看出，我老人家基本上在7/21-9/20这两个月的时间里狂减20磅，到了135磅左右，然后
基本保持在了这个水平。

Kale/Pineapple Recipe to Increase Milk Supply
½ cup Dole’s orange, pineapple & banana juice
(may use plain pineapple juice)
½ cup milk: coconut, soy, rice, whole or skim
(may use coconut cream or ice cream)
1 banana frozen then peeled and sliced
(may add ice if banana is unfrozen)
2 medium kale leaves chopped very fine
(no stems)

37 grams carbs.第一天没看吃了一片,血糖就升上去了.所以早餐就只能吃半片.
有时候我还吃糖呢.不过吃糖的时候,如果血糖没升高多少,就不记录了.如果血糖升了太
多,就老老实实记下来.
还有,真要用量杯量,这样你才能知道自己到底吃了多少,喝了多少.医生建议我不要喝
skim或者lowfat这样的牛奶或者yogurt.吃一个carb的时候,一定要加protein进去. |
