我在网上看到的solution是，You MOST LIKELY put your disk in upside down! It
seems to be a common error, as my friend said he, too, did it. Eject it, and
put it in the right way, which is the label of the disk facing the skinnier
side of the Wii. If you don't understand that, then consult your MANUAL!

is more for body shaping. Plus you need to watch your calories.
If you want to make your legs skinnier, I suggest you do Jung Dayeon (
probably spelled wrong) figurerobtics.
I lost about 7-8 lb in 3-4 weeks window.and now can fit back to my size 0
pants.
However, i am considering to run now for Nai Li.

the dog, if it seems that he/she is getting skinnier, give more food.
Averages:30-35grams /per kg bodyweight of this mix 5:1:1 (meat:rice:veg)
There is only one downfall to this diet! The dog get a bit more deposits on
the teeth, but just brush or give them raw bones to get their teeth cleaned
up. The positive effect is healthy dogs, great fur, no gas, not much
