door. 粉刷，几个颜色。换马桶，bathroom vanity set，mirror，mirror light。
exhaust fan, sun tunnel/skylight. Contractor带你去买东西的地方不一定不好。可
以去看下，不好就说没有喜欢的。但是自己一定要做功课。地板有实木的，
engineeringwood， laminated. labor自然不一样。地板自己先去flooring 店看。看
好model和brand，看网上什么价格让他们match。
自己列出来所有的问题和你想要的改动。至于价格网上都有个范围。也可多问几家。祝

Anita是个聪明人。我觉得人是不是聪明，一个测试办法是在牌桌上。
我呢，就属于愚笨之类。人家打完了一轮，讲评我都听不懂。最怕的是洗牌，因为
我根本不会洗。
有的人，四副牌都算得清楚。Anita就是这一类。
所以呢，她家就成了学校里在MS中最先买房子的了。
虽然不久大家都买了房子，我们的唯一的优点大概也就是近。
Anita家的House Warming的时候我们都去了。高高的房顶，三个一排的skylights
，非常气派。大家都很羡慕，同时帮着出主意，客厅里放什么家具，卧室里放什么家具
，起居室里放什么家具。
餐厅不用想，已经有家具了。
已经很不错了。数数看，不用自己挂院子门，不用掏马蜂窝，没有巴掌大的黑蜘蛛
在家里神出鬼没，不用担心房顶漏水，不用担心下水道堵住。夫复何求？
我们找了一个没有蜘蛛，没有马蜂，不下雨，下水道也不堵的时候House Warming
。Anita两口子也来了。

发帖数: 1246 | 35 好几天没来向大家汇报我的房子的进展了，没别的原因，就一个字“忙”。一边要和那
个骗子承包商纠缠，一边还不能让项目停下来。对那个骗子的策略已经定了，过了12月
15号这个还钱期限还不见他还钱的话，就把他告上法庭。项目紧赶慢赶，还是没有赛过
时间，现在的西雅图已经正式的进入了雨季了，而我的项目刚刚封顶，roof ing还没有
做。
先说说我找的老美的framer，话说那天形式变的非常明朗，那个骗子承包商露出了真实
的面目，他已经不可能继续干我的项目了，我的第一反映就是，把骗子绳之以法的同时
，这个项目不能停。遇到骗子已经非常不幸，再不采取自救措施，导致做到一半的房屋
结构在西雅图的凄风冷雨中倍受摧残，就更加不幸了。但真的又不知道如何找人来接手
这个项目，况且声誉好的contractor不但要价高，而且不可能立马就开工，至少要等到
人家有时间才能开始，那又不知道要等到什么时候了。人被逼到一定的程度，真是有无
限的能量。前后权衡了不到半个小时，我就把策略定下来了：自己当contractor，自己
动手把房子的结构盖完。就是这么一个短时间内作出的决定，导致我在接下来的两个星

发帖数: 1246 | 36 大前天吃完晚饭，用了两个钟头的时间把卫生间的ceiling部分又搞定了，阳光就这样
被痛痛快快的引了进来。还别说，因为效果实在太好，我们两口子刚开始还有些不习惯
，因为太亮了，总觉得屋子里面不开灯还这么亮非常的诡异。
阳光引进来以后的亮度比卫生间的灯的亮度要高很多，晴天的白天非常的爽，感觉就跟
在屋顶开了窗子一样的效果，实际上这个东西也确实是个天窗。给大家两账室内的照片

发帖数: 1246 | 46 其实主要也是新换的地毯，新装的地板，新刷的橱柜和墙的原因。原来的颜色全是深色
的，压抑的很，我把颜色全给变成纯白或浅色，还在厨房上方开了skylight window。
厨房餐厅的照明也全都重做了，现在全是recessed light，屋顶显得高了很多，晚上也
亮很多。
妈呀，写了以上这些，我才发现，我的动静整的真挺大的。 |

大块玻璃有隔热的指标，好的和差的价格差不少。
大块的也可以ｄｉｙ，价格不差太多，但人工也许贵一点，看你在哪里开，开的地方要
让开房梁，不让开就工程大，贵。
大块的主要可以看蓝天和星空吧，不同人喜好不一样。
两种在ｙｏｕｔｕｂｅ都有ｖｉｄｅｏ，在ｄｉｙ里面算初级到中级难度，你没做过就
请人做吧。 |
