对一个房子感兴趣,但从seller's disclosure发现房子的master bedroom和 skylight
曾经漏过水. 但seller说最近刚换了屋顶, 并且re-paint了曾经漏水的地方. 但是漏过
水是不是很容易对dry wall及其他structure的东西有很坏的影响? 不知道是什么时候
漏的水. 假如漏过很长时间后才换屋顶,是不是房子内部就已经腐烂的差不多了?
不知道inspection会不会检查出来房子内部结构是不是被水damage了的问题? |

了三个周。然后说修屋顶是笔大钱，他们要开会，让我们等。等了一半月，发了封邮件
说让我们承担$4K房顶修复费用。理由是inspector在阁楼发现了” very little
insulation and mold in the roofing area” 并且我们要负责主卫的skylight。
各位亲帮忙看下这个合理吗？$4k不是小数目，该怎么跟HOA理论？谢谢 |
