有意思。这篇长文的标题是Chinglish 2 English（从中式英语到标准英语），作者是
浙江大学的美国外教Chuck Allanson，内容则是Chuck在中国五年任教期间所听到、所
看到的各种Chinglish说法。
比如Chuck第一次来中国，下飞机后，负责接待他的东北某大学英语系陈老师说：

先简要介绍一下燃烧知识，碳氢化和物不完全燃烧产物包含千百种不同成分。不论是烧
甲烷为主的天然气，还是以C8H18为主的汽油，还是C12H26为主的柴油，产生的成分都
是一样的，不同的只是各个成分的浓度。如果是富油燃烧，很容易形成碳颗粒（soot)
。碳颗粒刚形成的precursor particle大小只有2-3纳米，分子量大致为2000-5000之间
，然后迅速通过表面反应形成20-40纳米大小的颗粒（期间dehydrogenation过程导致碳
原子和氢原子比例达到9：1左右,基本上成为吸收光线最有效的blackbody黑体)，分子
量达到100万左右。在这个过程中碳颗粒之间通过碰撞agglomeration过程形成类似
fractal的aggregate，这种aggregate大小由具体燃油化学反应时间，包括氧化时间长
短决定，包含从几十个到几万个颗粒，由于是三维结构fractacal dimension 只有1.8
左右, 所以直径（radius of giration)从接近1微米到大于10微米都有。好的柴油机氧

WeWork估值两度被砍，打脸高盛、惨遭大股东嫌弃
自2010创立以来，9年WeWork已经筹集了128亿美元，在独角兽中是领先者，其中有105
亿美元来自日本财团软银集团。
今年年初，日本软银集团以20亿美元再次投资WeWork，使得这家公司的估值达到470亿
美元。软银及其附属公司持有WeWork约29％的股份，为最大股东。
媒体报道称，软银曾计划以收购WeWork多数股权为条件，对WeWork注资约160亿美元，
但是遭到创始人反对，最终160亿美元变成了20亿美元。
不过，另一种说法，似乎更令人深思。消息称，软银愿景基金的主要投资者，包括沙特
阿拉伯和阿布扎比主权基金，对这笔交易表示担忧，因此最终才会减少注资。
软银投资的Uber和Slack今年也陆续上市，都未盈利，且亏损还在扩大，目前价格也低
于发行价。如今资本市场风声鹤唳，投资者涌入债券、黄金等避险类资产，对此类重资
产、烧钱狠、亏损大的公司更加谨慎。

如果说有不同，大概这次不叫火星Rover，可能叫行星际Rover。火星挣不到大钱，不等
于小行星挣不到。
十年前更关心的是证明概念组织生产估算成本。没想到竟然能有小应用能很贱地活下来
。可能也离不开一帮默默支持不离不弃相信这就是人类未来的用户扔钱支持。大概就像
Tesla/SpaceX一样。
十年后更在意寻找钉子。用好这锤子。所以更着重市场和销售。而且，十年前，计算机
和网络连接远没有今天强大。
其实所谓发财从来不需要很大的创意和牛皮。一点点突破就几辈子花不完了。Slack这
样的小工具都混到了上市。
秒出几百万行代码的系统，我实在不信一点都没有市场。反正闲着也是闲着。

巴的时候，其杠杆率达到2000倍，被众人所熟知。
然而2019年的下半年孙正义的噩梦不断前来，特别是WeWork上市的惨败，可以说是让孙
正义受到了很大的压力。而且在软银股东大会，孙正义脸色也是非常的难堪，同时也显
示出目前的困窘。
