现象: idel时有咔咔声, 车右侧严重漏油
解决方案:更换o-ring(这个o-ring是典型的bad design, 5块钱的parts, 却要1000块的人
工),顺便更换timing chain.

1)timing chain upper, lower 2 根
2)timing chain guide upper/其实跟upper tension是一体的,咔咔声是因为NISSAN设计
错误(参见nissan TB), 新设计的有2个螺丝
3)lower timing chain guide, slack side, tension 不用换, tension side
也不用换,这个guide是胶木的,可惜order时买错了,买成了tension side, 问了当地店都
要90块一根,现在order 又来 |

俺的小破车的典型问题就是那个howl，尤其是slow down的时候，
非常的明显，有节奏的呜呜的叫。而且当一边轮子着地，另外
一边jack up的时候，如果在档上，按理应该只有非常小的slack，
可是俺的小破车轮子可以来回转动1cm左右（看brake disc的外径）。
低速突然加速或者松开油门的时候，也有clunk的问题。前一段换了
wheel bearing，一个axle还是不能解决问题。:(

If 小位移 is by design, it should be already considered in design, such as
leave slacks in wires, use flexible joints, etc.
Tight bolts to factory specs or some pieces may be gone before long. |
