能在水里漂一段时间,直到水位降到比较低的位置.
我打算换一个大块一点的foam,看看能不能进一步延长flush time.

外观上的shinny，都是浮云，如果不能在钓鱼的效果上有所改进，那些所谓的高级品就
都一文不值。其实高级品不是因为长得好看，而是因为性能上有差异，长相一部分仅仅
是用于区分的。如果轮子转的是否顺滑，drag是否稳定同presentation，fighting没有
关系；竿子轻重、灵敏度和发挥一些技巧没有关系，那么器材升级就无所谓了。
淡水竿，不管用不用float的，活饵还是lure，灵敏度都是一个issue。对lure竿，特别
是bass竿尤甚。鉴于bass是北美淡水主钓鱼种之一，所以略微扩充一下。钓finesse时
候的灵敏度可以说是目前bass竿制造和设计中追求的极致，不仅仅是反映鱼咬钩，还有
反映水底组成的，还有区分鱼的咬钩和一般的bottom contact/snag的。我鉴定一支钓

甩出去，等沉底（which seems like forever），然后轻轻提杆，收掉slack，等一会

哈哈，开个玩笑，运河里的海鲈还没进来，零零星星个把条鱼。凡是我见到打过招呼交
流过的10几20个人，没人钓到任何鱼种。在东边西边外围各有一条被人钓起，鱼也不大

我这个周末一直在思想斗争着，网上没有看到关于运河海鲈进入的汇报，我知道苗头不

就别想了，四昂斯的东西扔到差不多中间位置不到10秒就被冲上岸了。边上有个家伙居

须要用。微信用来TEAM WORK的交流功能还是有限，不如SLACK，但是国内的人就是喜欢
用，你跟他们强推SLACK，大家装了也不用，白搭。
当然微信有些功能还是可以的，比如发语音信息（最先有），群消息，发发红包，转账
支付，看朋友圈等。没有比较就没有伤害，我去年跟一个美国团队，大家为了方便交流
用whatsapp和skype，感觉真是一下子退回到石器时代。

lead belay关键是slack给多少. grigri并不能减少slack.
不过能避免手上的rope burn,
可以只用一只手belya,能闲出一只手做别的.
对方hangdog时可以轻松很多.
grigri 2值这个钱,我的gym里grigri 2曾经脱销过.

如果不走神，grigri和普通的belay device比，并不能减少slack。

半的人都免不了做web app，要是HTML5的hybrid app 能起来那真是跨平台的王道。国
内好像有点这趋势，微信跟百度都在布局HTML5 轻应用。
话说slack都过billion了，Uber/Airbnb之类创业所需的资源非我等能够整合的，但
slack就不同，纯软件，要说它是单个牛人搞出来的也并非天方夜谈。各位大牛没一点
点心动，组织力量讨论讨论？最近办公类app好像颇热门，Acompli被微软买了，
MailBox被Dropbox买了，Amazon推出WorkMail，不知又要买谁了。

平时可以随便参加的有各地的Clojure meetup, Clojure user groups，等等。比如在
湾区，每个月就有2个Clojure meetups，一个Clojure dojo, 一个Clojure office
hour。这些都可以去参加，混个脸熟。
如果不喜欢f2f社会活动的，网上社区有IRC，还有slackhttps://clojurians.slack.
com, 用http://clojurians.net/邀请自己), 这些都是常年有几百人挂在线上的，clojurians有公司发positions，Clojure
googlegroup也有公司发job posts.
愿意花点钱的，每年有几个Clojure的会，clojure/conj（美东）, clojure/west（美
西），euroclojure,这是三个大的会，其他地区性小会就不提了。很多人去会上找工作
。这些会的注册费很便宜的，经济有困难的还可以申请旅行经费（一般是在社区有
visibility的未成年人申请得到）。

lead climb的belayer据说要长期训练，要察言观色
发现climber要clip赶紧给slack，clip了以后适当
收紧。据说爬难度route， climber最恨的就是要clip
拉不动绳子
而起，climber往左爬，绳子要放在身体右边，
往右爬，绳子要放左边，避免fall的时候被绳子绊倒
头朝下，所以，climber总要有些slack，否则绳子
不好挪动
绳子kink也是个头痛的问题，据说要belayer一边
给绳子，一边夸张抖动地面绳子防止kink |
