拿回家自己cut然后装到sleeve里，放书里压平
然后拿出来扫，然后就免不了除了划痕....wuwu
有很多横着一条一条的，感觉是进出sleeve的时候
留下的。下次不用sleeve直接放书里压，扫完再
装sleeve不知道行不行 |

60K, 37.2mile, total time: 6:34:13
Garmin 记录的距离: 38.02 miles
基本上完成目标：完成比赛，7小时之前。
周六的比赛，早上8点开始。我和serendip一起到NYRR取了号，和oAmAo在起点顺利汇合
。Serendip计划开始的26 mile, push自己，当做marathon跑，看看自己现在状态，剩
下的路程看状态。作为新人的我，很幸运，能和oAmAo一起跑。oAmAo很体贴的制定一个
适合我的作战方案。我们计划前3圈10:15的pace, 中间3圈9:45的pace, 最后3圈看自己
的感觉，状态好的话冲一下9:30。其中每一圈为4 mile。
Serendip在跑前，特意提醒我们，跑的时候，要注意找切线跑。Central park的路线，
很多地方都有那种8字形的路，所以尽量不要沿着公路上的白线跑，而是找准最近距离

least 75%. It automatically takes out most the stuff that cant be ordered
but some stuff gets through like items that are available for store pick up
but are OOS everywhere. Most of it is clothes and shoes , which may not be
your sizes. Weed through it you might find a deal. I completely skip the

I have found that long-sleeves make it much harder for the baby to escape. I
used to dress my baby in short-sleeved onesie and wrap her in swaddle-me.
Her little arms escape easily. Then I switched to long-sleeved onesie or
gown, problem solved perfectly. |
