在attic里那一部分转为装flex duct 是允许的，而且速度快，大部分师傅不愿装硬管
就是因为太麻烦，圆管道切割好后在外面还要套一层sleeve,如再遇到个90度或45度
elbow啥的，很吃时间的，收的工钱也就上去了。flex duct 用的不要太长是不会影响
airflow 的。在地下室因为是暴露在空间，所以得装硬管道，且地下室的分支管道无需
套sleeve.两者只能说各有优势，对我来说合理安转最重要，在那部分用哪类管道都无
所谓。
如果Rheem 师傅主管道也是用sheet metal duct 的话，也是很好的，不过要换成3.
5ton 的，冷气机和fan coil 都大了一号，lineset 也得换成3/8 7/8的，主管道也要
放大，材料上我想至少要多出600-800刀。人工就不清楚了。rheem 师傅的价钱蛮好的。
Bryant师傅说得那么仔细，相信人经验很足。没见到你的attic 是咋样的，lineset 和
power supply 如何排，都是吃人工的活，按照型号多比较两家不会吃亏。 |

用旧的sleeve and nut. 也可以把他们一并换了，就是麻烦点。 我以前是不换的，也
没发现漏水，但是不是不好呢？看油管上也有不换的，但不知道真正 正确的是啥。有

5.99 so with gymbuck like additional 50%. Also got a lot of hair clips for my girl. A
lot of boys long sleeve are 2.99,3.99 then with gymbuck. So cheap.
You need to be there the first thing when it starts. I got a lot of good
stuff with gymbuck. I love gymbuck.
They have most on FAll Pup line and Fair line on sale. Very cute shirts they have. |

刚才online chat。他说是option (sleeve)发货太快，他可以尝试reroute it back。
至于电脑，他说我要求取消的时候，已经in production, 但是他们rejected it back
，所以可以取消了（这里不是很明白）。刚刚收到email说订单已经被取消，但是单号
是没见过的，可能是电脑部分的号吧。如果真能成功取消，Lenovo的服务倒还可以。只
是在网上看到一些取消订单的麻烦，弄得我很担心。对了，他也说sleeve到了的话，先
收下，再和他们联系。

(顺便靠一下,妈的sports authority卖四十+tax,官网只卖35,亏了...)
它那个长的sleeve是在整个护膝侧面有个长条的宽大概2公分厚大概一公分的保护条
然后膝盖头两侧有两个根据膝盖形状设计的更厚些的类似海绵或者弹力橡胶的保护垫
之后外面是一个分叉到膝盖上下的strap
好处就是sleeve本身可以不用绷太紧以至于影响活动,然后strap可以紧一些把膝盖下的
软骨固定住,这样你每次弹跳发力时那块骨头受到的冲击会减小(因为本来已经被固定紧贴
要发生冲击的部分)
另外护膝包裹的部分温度会高些,似乎也对膝盖有好处
我对运动医学完全不懂,所以也解释不清
但实际上戴护膝跟不带护膝,我自己的经验而言有非常大的差别
我现在已经到了不戴护膝打pickup game一小时一定会疼到不能打下去的程度
没办法,虽然岁数在版上不算大,但运动强度跟mileage不小,而且体重太大了:( |

那个2.0系列在gore自家的网站上也是刚update, realcyclist上图片都还没加上去,但
是直接就有打折满奇怪的. 我本来想买的是旧款,但是价格一样还断码多.
我后来多研究了一下面料觉得其实Windstopper也足够了, 也有蛮好的防水功能.
goretex防水更强,但是透气性要弱一点. 估计只要不在暴雨天骑, windstopper也足够了 |

20分钟，终于找到原材料。继续跟风给大家分享。（新开帖，以防大师删帖，嘿嘿）。
钢丝Leader，西海岸主要用于深海钓大鱼，特别是石斑、灵靠、哈里巴以及鲨鱼等牙齿
尖利的鱼种，也有人用它淡水钓pike，船长那里的大家伙应该比较合适。可以有效的防
止牙齿磨断、咬断leader。
材料比较简单：
1：钢丝Leader，多股，好像是200还是300磅来者（记不清了）。直径大约0.5毫米，有
一层透明的外包皮，很柔软。如果鱼不是很大，钢丝leader不好买，可以用吉他琴弦代
替。
2：金属固定夹筒，学名Leader sleeves，外直径1.5-2毫米，别看小，600磅的。比较便
宜，好像10几刀上百个的样子。第二张图可以看到它的金属层还是比较厚的。
斜口钳剪取合适长度的钢丝leader（根据鱼种），一头穿钩，一头做个loop（若想能够
换钩的话，可以加大磅数、高质量的8字环和圆环）。用钳子将sleeves夹紧，将钢丝固
定。图中我只穿了一下，100磅没问题。若想更结实，多穿一圈再夹即可。然后用热缩
