来自主题: Golf版 - how to hit a draw
There are quite a few clips on youtube about how to hit a draw. Have you
guys found any particular useful one?
I found one and there were a few adjustment to normal (straight) swing to
hit a draw.
1. club face slightly close
2. right foot slightly back
3. hitting inside out
I followed it and sometimes it works well. However when it does not work, I
hit a hook and the ball goes straight to left. I think it is because I fail
to hit inside out.
I hesitate to use it on course because of the hook can... 阅读全帖

When the club face is slightly closed (facing to the left of your swing
direction), it is a draw. Slightly open gets your a fade.
Set up posture is one of the way. Some better golfers I play with control
the degree of draw by changing the timing of wrist turn or altering swing
plane. Martin hall at School of Golf talked about how to hit draw. The urban
legend way is that slow swing brings a draw and fast swing brings a fade.

Straight vs. bent gates
The gate itself can be either straight or bent slightly. The bend in the
gate makes it eaier to clip a rope into one-handed. This makes it a popular
choice for the rope end of a quickdraw. However, they are slightly more
prone to opening accidentally. Straight gates have no appreciable bend in

Same thing in your stroke. Your hand enters the water and reaches forward
just beneath the surface— and I mean reaches, like stretching for something
barely beyond your fingertips on a high shelf. Next, with your hand as far

There's no difference between B, C, D imo. It's all about playing someone
who CAN beat you - if you play someone who you can beat 100% of the time -
you already know how that person works - you can work on techniques but how
do you gauge on their effectiveness? You can't, because you can already
beat them all the time...
B, C, D - more or less the same. basically someone around your level,
sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. B) - you win slightly more, C -
about even, D - slightly less.

来自主题: Tennis版 - What NTRP level?
I think they are around 3.0.
I am about the same level. Although I have slightly better forms
and footwork, but my consistency is slightly worse.

If I am right, I thought you meant the American Kick Serve. I do with my
second serve. The ball toss is the same as your regular kick serve, slightly
towards your head. Ball bushing at Deuce Court could be from 7/8 o'clock to
1/2 o'clock.
If you meat slice serve, the ball toss is similar to your first flat serve,
slightly right off your head and hit the ball at 9 o'clock. I mix this with
my first serve and sometime it's very effective to pull my opponent off the
court (Deuce side).

What's so hard to imagine?
See the pic. The racket direction can be either flat, slight
up or slight down, doesn't matter (no blocking).

来自主题: Tennis版 - 想买只NADAL的球拍,
Nadal's racket is 11.7oz, 2.5 pt head light, slightly less stiff
(65 vs 67, in the normal deviation range).
It looks almost identical to a retail version leaded up mostly
in the racket head and slightly on the handle.

KPS88 is heavier, less head light and more stiff than K90.
K90 is slightly bigger than KPS88.
So overall KPS88 still looks slightly more powerful.
I said KPS88 is a pusher racket because you claimed K90 is your
pusher racket. If K90 is, than KPS88 is also IMO. Again I haven't
hit with both rackets so it's just YY.
