Slovakia's government has barred the Hungarian president from making a
controversial visit.
President Laszlo Solyom had planned to visit a part of Slovakia with a large
ethnic Hungarian population, to unveil a statue of the first Hungarian king.
Prime Minister Robert Fico said the plans were a provocation.
Bilateral relations have long been strained over Slovakia's treatment of its
ethnic Hungarians, who make up about 10% of the population.

要看民主与法制的总体趋势，
把所有国家的democracy index和corruption index
做个相关性统计不就行了。
从两个列表中取国家地区的共同部分，共163个。
算出来的相关系数是0.7，高度相关。
