一年之计始于春，所以虎年新春YST又回到【天下纵横谈】的基本话题，那就是政治，
特别是国际政治。YST准备谈五个话题：经济问题、两岸关係、军事考量、中美搏奕、

由于工作和家庭都有很多事情要对付，到现在才输完吴今的文章。要说明的是：
文章是吴今在大学二年级时作为英语课的写作作业交给老师的，我一字不改地抄
在这儿，里面的任何语法或拼写错误都是原先存在的。另外，我保存的确实是吴
今亲笔手稿的复印件，我也曾想直接扫描后贴上，但是十几年过去了，纸张已泛
黄，我怕扫描后各位朋友看不清，故宁愿花点时间逐字输入。当然，我会再试着

For last few days I am reading in media, that US authorities may
consider option of giving EAD to spouses of H1Bs. I want to bring few
points to your notice from an insider perspective.
1.I will say adding more EAD/H1Bs are not going to benefit US economy
unless senior authorities in US fix some underlying Issues.

的人把持，只招自己人，不招外种族的人，甚至连其他地域族群的印度人也不招。让这
些人把持IT业，不但是白人，黑人，华人等所有族裔的灾难，也是绝大多数印度人（他
们那个特定小圈子的人除外）的灾难。
在这些印度人小圈子“团结”的表象背后，是各种肮脏的内幕。老印高管剥削下级印度
人，任意奴役侮辱，下级为了保住他们的工作，常常要向上级行贿。他们还开设很多咨
询公司（应该是ICC之流），滥用H1B名额，剥削压榨印度人。
