一个smash我的 Kason tsf 100 - YY BG68TI(22lbs)得弦应声而短。
马上去包里找，发现有根茄子10快钱买的假MP100的拍子，自叹很有
先见之明。不料，一个又是一个smash，咯吱一响，手头拍柄断成两
节。还好没有砸到ssua小朋友的后脑勺。
事情总是有两面的，今晚的好处是试了不同的拍子，体会到了拍子
间的差异。
首先，ssua今天用的是它新买的tsf98。俺发现，it是不如案的tsf100
原因，一，虽然都是85g-89g得，但tsf98绝对是89，tsf100是85；二，
tsf100干头重点，98轻点，不利进攻。当时，买100是，catalog说是
进攻拍，我用了很不以为然，戏称是女人拍，酱紫讲的话，98就是
黛玉拍。
当tsf100线断之后，用了那个fake得mp100，第一她很重，第二重心
很有问题，因为干头极重。也不是一无是处，就是进攻时，smash起来
真的威力极大，感觉自己从来没有这么有威力的杀过球。不过，后来
听人讲了，劣质拍断，金属杆插入女孩头部的限制级故事，大家还是
不要买fake了吧，要对排挡的安全负责呀。

back court attack more threatening.
But imitating the pros in terms of power and endurance is impractical for
most amateurs > 30. e.g. if your fitness can't sustain continued smash,
reserve it only for good opportunities and drop more. Analyze how you lose
points against similar/slightly better opponents and improve that part.

内瓦尔对王的球路很熟悉， 而且内瓦尔的体能和力量非常好，是个打不死的小疯狗，
呵呵。 王适娴在比赛中经常在一个球结束后， 找各种机会拖时间喘口气， 缓缓劲。
王的得分都是靠非常精准的球路变化， 但比赛当中很难一直维持高精度， 球稍微不
到位， 就会被内瓦尔smash the ball， 或者球出界。 而王适娴自身的smash因为力量
缘故， 威胁不大。
内瓦尔的防守越来愈好， 有点当年王连香的感觉， 跟内瓦尔打球要有持久战的准备，
不能急， 减少失误。
李雪芮跟内瓦尔这场球， 就好像当年叶钊颖跟王莲香的对决。 叶的球漂亮， 王场面
上不一定好看， 但最后能赢球。
内瓦尔还在上升期， 是个劲敌。 目前感觉只有王仪涵跟李雪芮跟她比赛把握大点。
王仪涵身高占点优， 体能也不错， smash ball 也不错， 技术和心理再有提高就好了
。 可以以毒攻毒。

reflex for smash return. But you are more likely to keep using wrong
technique for smash, since you can smash 尼龙球 with wrong technique and
still get decent speed.

里面屋子里却是木地板，比Sacramento open的篮球场改造的场地地板要羞涩的多。今
天此行的目的是主攻U1900，upset U2100.
上午10点U2100准时开打，每小组三个人。我的对手是1884的Kwan Lungfor（
Lawton）和1850的Chen Jiachang（SF chinatown TTC），而我在Sacramento open之前
的纸面分数只有1673，都两周了现在还未更新。
首先对阵Kwan，chen huaiyu做场外。练球时感觉他的球还挺熟的，直拍两面反胶
，反手直拍横拉加推挡。第一局互相不熟悉，拼抢激烈，大开大合，打的速度节奏很快
，很快到了10:10 deuce，关键球没把握住，10:12被先下一城，但是感觉还是有机会。
从第二局开始coach chen让我盯着他的反手打，感觉打给他反手没啥力量的球他失误很
多，很多下网。chen给我的战术思想就是正手压反手，反手压反手，有机会反手撕到正

则，和球友还各报了单打。早上9点单打开始，我的第一轮对手热身时说他也在打USTA4
.0league, 而且发球动作看起来不错。比赛一开打，又一次证明usta rating system只
能象国内的红绿灯一样仅供参考。我根本没有机会用暴力，基本只要我把球挡回去对方
就会失误。6:1,6:0很快结束战斗。第二轮的对手在club打，没打usta, 第一轮轮空，
在我们比赛时在另一边场地热身。我看了好像也不是很强。单打第二轮后的比赛要在第
二天继续，我因为LD另有安排赢了也只能弃权。比赛开始后，我发现对方发球不错，接
发球很稳，人高手长court coverage也不错，但底线回球比较浅，想着正好我的正手暴
力可以占优，所以一上来就频频暴力。悲剧的是我的bread butter forehand killer
shot竟然绝大部分都失误了。而且对方发现我正手失误多，很有耐心的把球削回到中区
让我进攻，他的很多得分基本靠我UE. 等我意识到我的正手节奏还处在和第一轮对手的

周五的drill，照例结束后是round robin，绝大多数人选择双打
今天我一看，单打三个人形不成两场，就选择单打了
教练给我安排一兄弟，开始抽球，感觉和我水平差不多，心想挺好，
没想到，是个rally形选手，不会打比赛，被我bagel
同时也揭开好多谜团，以前想不通别人为啥老能smash我，现在换在另一边想通了
回球弱不smash你smash谁，呵呵
还有个谜团，为啥我的backhand slice为啥老打成underspin lob
开始明白是没转肩，后来有一堂课教slice，刻意加了转肩，经常还是变成lob
今天好几个球直接低空slice回去，觉得很舒服
一下子明白了，球暴力了对技术要求就高了，软球就很容易slice回去
会想起几个月前在公园碰到个老头，球球都slice回来，没别的原因，就是和这个哥们
一样，回球软，对方看着这么软的反手，想不slice都忍不住，呵呵
可惜连续8：0后，对方面红耳赤，说有事跑了，就被落单了，sigh，看双打那边开心地
不亦乐乎，自己孤单地练了会发球，回家了。

这样你才有放轻的机会。而且smash上了的球，是无解的。放轻的球，大部分理论上是
有解的。
偶一般碰到对手网前高球是绝不后退的，从来都是站住了做split step准备救球。对方
如果放轻，或者smash的不够狠，有很大机会能碰过去。如果对方真的狠砸，就假装要
救球其实赶紧转身屁股对球逃跑 |

kupo/yaofan已先赢一场,kate/bf神勇无比,赢了maggie ho/黑人gg(很厉害
的一对组合哟,这个黑人gg上次华体和阿诺战胜qzw/东北虎拿了男双冠军).
到了smash city,这个人山人海呀,kuoo/yaofan已轻松灭了第二个对手, kate/bf
正在力战长腿pp日本mm/率锅(此人长得很象mona,我怀疑是不是mona她弟?).
第一次看kate和她bf打球,那个惊叹呀.加上旁边shen的解说,dordor的赞叹,
我是眼睛耳朵忙不过来了.kate可能疲倦的原因,没怎么发挥,可是她男友技术
全面,头脑冷静,每个出球,都是敌人最难受的位置,而且动作隐蔽,节奏有快有慢,
第一局,打得日本mm摸不着头脑.第二局,小mm有点知道球路了,抓住kate前面打,
扳回一局.决胜局双方势均力敌,比分交替上升,打到17平,18平,关键时刻,敌人手软
失误,kate/bf有惊无险进入了BXD决赛.

应fox的要求，灌点水。
这节课主要是讲后场球，drop，drive，smash。
先是drop shots到左中右场个25个。禅师喂球
喂得极好，左一个，右一个，我和furao就来会
不停地跑啊跑。我的主要问题是老是企图用手腕
来控制球，禅师说follow through应该很smooth。
然后drive到左中右场个25个，要求正手用正手
握拍，反手用反手握拍。原来12-3点方位上用反手
主要是用在近网的drive上。
再后来smash到左中右场个15个。这个真是累啊！
我和furao练完就都趴下了。听说rmm可以连续
smash 25个，崇拜啊！
最后，禅师见我们实在是不行了，就让我们连发球。
原来发球的方向不是靠拍面的方向来控制的，而是
靠左手在触球前的一刹那变换shuttle的方向来做到的。

KOLKATA, India (AP) — Fleeing medical staff abandoned patients to a fire
that killed 89 people Friday as black smoke poured through the seven-story
hospital in this city in eastern India, officials said. Six administrators
were arrested.
Dwellers of a nearby slum who first noticed the smoke and fire rushed to the
AMRI Hospital to raise the alarm, but security guards kept them back,
saying it was only a small blaze, witnesses said.

hydrant, so fire fighters battling an 8-alarm blaze simply smashed a hose
through the windows Wednesday night.
It appears to be an act of retaliation at first, but firefighters say the
