周六,还没赶到smash city,就听说qzw输给了OA,东北虎也输给了大炮,
kupo/yaofan已先赢一场,kate/bf神勇无比,赢了maggie ho/黑人gg(很厉害
的一对组合哟,这个黑人gg上次华体和阿诺战胜qzw/东北虎拿了男双冠军).
到了smash city,这个人山人海呀,kuoo/yaofan已轻松灭了第二个对手, kate/bf
正在力战长腿pp日本mm/率锅(此人长得很象mona,我怀疑是不是mona她弟?).
第一次看kate和她bf打球,那个惊叹呀.加上旁边shen的解说,dordor的赞叹,
我是眼睛耳朵忙不过来了.kate可能疲倦的原因,没怎么发挥,可是她男友技术
全面,头脑冷静,每个出球,都是敌人最难受的位置,而且动作隐蔽,节奏有快有慢,
第一局,打得日本mm摸不着头脑.第二局,小mm有点知道球路了,抓住kate前面打,

attacking strategy. But you have to know when to smash in a rally. |

ZN has a good smash among female players and she is quite muscular for a
woman.
Explosive power rely more on fast twitch muscles. Slow twitch muscles and
aerobic exercise help endurance. See

Personally my smash gets stronger after I do push-up for several weeks. Too

lidan is capable of smashing and quickly going back to the ready position
even the smash is not the best choice, which is quite different from
others. Also he is good at smelling the opponent's next shot and takes
actions in advance. Sometimes he will be treated as you can see in his old
games when met like Peter Gaide. But in many cases, he can fix it, as
opposite to our amateur players. |

对面防守，可以挑高球，也可以drive, 但是不smash, 也不放网前小球，但是他们可以

你要争取前面15个球不失误，失误了从0开始数
然后在3个球以内完成25个 |

net push, block. His backhand is usualy bouncing to the back tram line
defensive clear. He can save smash with net drop or drive crosscourt. His
only weakness is backhand defense against smash as a lefthander.

side should move a little bit more to right, and left partner cover more
court. If opponent smash straight, the right side player can easily make
quality return because he only need to cover 1/3~1/2 court. If opponent
smash diagonal, the left side player can simply return straight, and it is
diagonal for opponent side. |

两个队进攻本来也都烂，lsu几个关键比赛都是防守拿分或者拖垮对方，比如打鸭子，
比如打狗狗。bama整场比赛就打不进红区，红区之前全部靠smash pass拿码数，smash pass传到死都不变。这已经
不是防守太好不太好的关系了，那就是两队进攻武器都太少，打一般队一招鲜，遇到防
守比较强的队大家都吃瘪。
当然两队防守是真强，只是进攻是真一般，和防守没关系。而且比赛是真的难看。 |

Xian Jiada was obviously trained when he was young.
I won 2, 3 games, lost 1st, 4th, 5th game went to duece (i was

and back off.
The best thing of coz, is to kill it directly. But if that will increase
your chance to loose the point, then you may need a backup plan.
The bottomeline is, when you are not comforatable, do not kill the shot in
one smash. Try to be pateint and do multiple smashes.
When it is a lob with good depth and it is over your head, it is not a
chance any more but a trap. Just treat it as a normal shot but you need t |

I suggest you practice smashing ball with whatever serve motion that you
have as hard as you can and not worry about get the balls into the box for a
few weeks. Get the feel of service motion first before you go into any
subtle technique. |

头这么高smash可不容易，想象不太出来，高点的smash那是最爽的了，我现在的
favorite，呵呵
最难的是大家排队进场都在小跑然后一个小软底线球让你打过去，很多人都控制不好
包括有usta成绩很好级别不低的选手，还有人在开玩笑你丫都sectional, national了
还来这学啥啊，呵呵 |

一个大角度approaching shot敌人勉强救回来然后就可以slam/smash/volley解决掉了
