如果你喜欢钓鱼和打猎
那你一定喜欢猎gator,因为感觉没有什么能更好的把这两项结合在一起的活动了。上
周末有幸跟同学去猎鳄鱼。佛州用bait的规定是人不能离开bait,在船上等着必然无聊
。所以大部分人都选择直接进攻的方式。首先是找到gator,夜间在水面上有两种东西
的眼睛反光,绿色的是frog, 红色的是gator。一般在100-200yd的距离可以发现猎物
。但是接近就比较困难了,第一夜,有风有浪还有雾,有两条gator可以接近到3-4yd的
地方。hook住了其中一条,但是无功而返。第二夜,月朗星稀,敌人一般在40-50yd的
地方就会察觉有人接近,跟第一条纠缠了2-3个小时也没法接近,只好放弃。如果能接

那是主要三块肌肉,
The Trapezius,
The Rhomboids,
The erector spinae,
每一块需要不同的exercises.
The Trapezius is a part of your shoulder and your neck. Becaues it has many
heads and insertions on on quite a few joints,the development of this area
will need compound vertical pull movements, such as deadlift, high pull,
power clean. You can use shrug but it will not as effective as other
exercise. I personally find snatch and overhead squats extremely useful, but
not many are able to perform those lifts.

又一个月过去了,力量一点没长,体重却长了大约3 lb, 从177到180了。呵呵,不过,
看上去倒还挺ripped的,也还不算丢人。但愿下个月开始力量可以有继续的增长,但愿
早日度过平台期,大家要多鼓励我啊 *_^
squat: 295 lb (感觉轻松一点了,不过,还是没有蹲起315)
deadlift: 335 lb
benchpress: 225 lb (貌似也轻松一点了,不过,也没有press起235)
snatch: 120 lb
bodyweight: 180 lb

你的锻炼时间太长,不是over training就是强度不够。看来更像是后者。我建议你跑
步和weight分开隔天做,每次一小时完工为好。手提20磅哑铃做了60个我不知你的目的
是什么, 这样强度太低,消耗不了多少热量。weight training 把机械都去掉,哑铃
也不要做箭步蹲这种mid-range, 低频率的东西。 可以用哑铃高频率,长range 的运动
作HIIT。比如单手swing每边15个,休息1分钟;burpee-snatch 每边10个,休息一分钟
;双手jerk 15个休息1分钟;hindu squat尽力;再休息一分钟。 以上再重复两遍。
节食最重要了,但也不是公主那样的整发,你还是要一个健康的身体的吗。按食物金字
塔,每顿七分饱。中间饿了,吃点胡萝卜,黄瓜啥的做snack。不控制饮食天下最好的
健身program加在一起都没用。
你会发现高强度运动后根本就没什么食欲。

发现现在越来越不喜欢单练某一块肌肉。而喜欢大肌肉群workout,或者全身运动。现
在主攻:squat, overhead squat, deadlift, snatch (2 hands), benchpress.
副攻:good morning, one leg squat, shoulders.
貌似肌肉线条柔和了些?。。。

不知道你说的正确form 是什么样的,如果是这个 video
他的form大部分都不标准。他的swing,jerk,snatch, t-push up, dragon twist,
renegade row, 在KB中都有,有些本来就一开始是KB的动作。但整个range,强度都比kb
差的远。 你要能跟上newport,Spartacus的强度说是热身一点都不为过。当然没人用40
分钟热身。

the opening on the grip plates looks large, can be used for swing.
用GRIP PLATES 做KB SNATCH 不好翻转, 除非BOTTOM UP LOCK OUT,
不过BOTTOM UP LOCK OUT AT TOP 很难

自買回來以後,主要在做militray press,swing,和偶爾的八字以熟悉壺性。用大個
的做八字的時候腳踝還是有感覺。TGU準備等腳踝好了以後再做。第一天clean和snatch
打的小臂還有點兒疼;不過現在可以比較正確的轉它了,而不是從上頭直接翻去。

steve cotter 是个mutant,非常人可以想象的,我看过他一个录像,做bridge时press
起两个88lb kb.
我的那点重量不值一提,pavel 说,能很严格的press 起一半体重kb,别人才能把你当
回事。 不过也邪门了,我右手可以snatch 125lb barbell了,还是搞不定88lb kb。

统训练根本完成不了。。。而且做COMBO 选用的重量应该选平时做还算较轻松的。。。

我用的是,figure 8 to a hold, side snatch, dragon twist, turn around swing
其实alternating clean(two count), seesaw press, duck walk and press, bear
walk 都可以很好的练习transverse strength, 没必要专门去练。

点评一下这套动作。
1。换成杠铃,clean-jerk-overhead squat更有效,因为后边已经有 lunge 了。
2。jackknife可以改成hip hinge 的jackknife
3. 直立起来后可以加一个military press.
4. lunge时,可以换成alternate与lunge 腿反方向的press,lunge 可以前进,也可以
加一个后退,一个45度,一个横向的lunge,这样可以锻炼协调能力,敏捷性,还可以
增加cross body tension.
5。换成kettlebell的high pull-catch-squat,不要也可以
6。有了1,不要也罢
7。换成snatch
8, 9 不要也罢,跟1,2,3 重复

两个动作,每天一个,每次15分钟就足够了。这两个动作可以练到各方面身体素质,包
括力量,爆发力,耐力,平衡力,柔韧性,稳定性,灵敏性, 还可以消耗大量卡路里

clean& jerk, snatch are highly technical over head lifts.
beginner must learn the proper form before doing volume reps.
depends on the goal of 健身. i think one alternative to KB is just to the
most natural motions we were born to do. use fitness routine to mimic
martial arts practitioners, such as punches, kicks, runs, jumps, rotation,
posture stability, etc. with or without resistance. you can try to do a
series of punchs or kics, after 1 min or 2, you will get sweaty all over
place.

The second one (snatch) requires correct form training. One guy did it for
about a year and then broke his forearm. So be careful this it.

kb和db,bb一样都是工具,不同目的有不同练法,你当然可以用它来练size,但受重量限
制,barbell是更好的选择。
kb的长处是functional strength, 特别是core strength.身体work as a unit才能发
挥它的长处,它不分割当然也就不会有那末强的局部刺激,也就长不出body builder
那样的肌肉。但kb炼出来的要比bodybuilder要强壮的多,bodybuilder除了固定的动作
,别的需要全面素质的也举不起多大重量。比如我自己5'8",150lb, muscle mass 只能
算一般。但我单手可以snatch起125lb的杠铃。 还可以70lb kb military press, 这基
本相当于100+ db 的重量了。我想warren wang都未必作的到。
KB不能长大肌肉还有一条是消耗极大,应用的卡路里比举杠铃大的太多了。

thanks. i haven't done much snatch after that. especially my left hand, the
position of my left shoulder is very high. plus my foream still get lightly
bruised, :)
more often with tgu. feel better with tgu.

就我所知,snatch就不能用DB做吧。
而且有些动作不是不能用DB做,只是效果效果差别相当大。KB重心不在手心,所以需要
更多的控制。
Barbell就更不同了,双手一起控制和单手独立控制差别更大了。

google "home made kettlebell" you will find many people have had similiar idea.
i made a similar weight using sturdy bag with egg-size stones. weight
adjust from 35 lbs - 70lbs.
good to do some of the KB moves, such as turkish get up, front squat, single
leg deadlift, jump squat
no good to do snatch or clean with it, the size is too much.
not as easy to use as a standard KB. but it is free.
at least it is good to pick up some useful KB exercises, the principle should be similiar.

What the difference for LZ? As long as it is deadlift, not dead lift, it works well for beginners.
Conventional deadlift, RDL, Duck feet deadlift, clean style deadlift, snatch
grip deadlift, sumo deadlift, they are just different variations of the
deadlift. The most important thing is the principle behind the techniques,
which is well demonstrated in the first video.

周6:尝试只戴一般线手套打沙袋,手背打得鲜血淋漓
周日:再次挑战1000 snatch,结果到700多下时,两手掌都磨破,只好放弃。
周一:两手都面目全非,只好炼body weight,正好重拾好久不练的hindu squat. 以前
水平是连续400个,结果今天做到50个时, 就感到只能做150个,于是换成ladder。80
, 100, 120, 140中间休息半分钟,第二组 ladder, 中间休息一分钟,第三组
ladder, 中间休息两分钟。 一共用了将近40分钟,1320 squat.

还没有,我目前侧重GS style training, 没有追求重量。有些想去考Master of
Sports in Kettlebell Lifting, 一项是10分钟snatch test, 一项10分钟clean,jerk
long cycle test. 实在下不了决心,不知值不值得花那么多精力去追求对我没多大用
的东西。

**Keep the reps low: (53lbs)
turkish get up, floor press
In the beginning keep it at five reps per side or less. With a kettlebell
you may do a five minute cycle where you switch hands each rep, but this
will still probably only end up being five reps per side. You may bring it
up to ten minutes as you become stronger and develop solid technique

some clean with buttom up lock out
5-10 min TGU, mostly 35 bell, ended with one rep with 53 bell.
some front squat at rack postion, single bell 35, 53, then double bells (35
+ 53)
i may have growed the volume a little bit too agressive, some mild &
sporatic discomfort are felt in lower back the following day. need to rest and see.

也看了一下PAVEL 的VIDEO (RUSSION KETTLE CHALLENGE), 他的动作就象是舞蹈一
样, 挺幽雅的。 他DEMO用的是可能是 35,53,70。 而COTTER DEMO时用更大
重量, 有时还一手抓两个KB。
PAVEL 说选用KB 重量宁愿ERR ON LIGHER SIDE, 完全同意。
昨天只用35BELL, 开始做了一些SINGLE BELL, 后来一些 DOUBLE VERSION,
DOUBLE CLEAN & JERK, DOUBLE SNATCH, FRONT SQUAT, SOT PRESS, BEAR WALK, STILL
QUITE A CHALLENGE。 DOUBLE CLEAN RACK 时 没RACK 好, 把手指压肿了。 单手
BOTTOM UP PRESS, 左右手都可以了。但是DOUBLE VERION 差远了, YOUTUBE 上竟有
人玩 DOUBLE BOTTOM UP PRESS, 还是 53以上的!
我觉得这玩艺的好处就是: 足不出户, 就可以挑战许多关节力量了 和 RANGE OF

Double bottoms Up press, 70+70?
See-saw Sots press
double snatch 88 + 88?
if your bw = 150 or so, then barbell press 140 is already advanced level,
with bottom up press, add 15-20 lbs to each hands, so barbell press will be
170 - 180, elite level for sure!
becoming first chinese Master of sport, or kb certificied instructor?

今晚赶紧去测了一下,再加上状态不好,就只做了 swing,发觉没达到半年前的最高水
平,汗一个,不进则退。。。
