入秋就歇着了,吃得好睡得好喝得更好,就是懒得去锻炼,长膘飞快,一下子就210多
磅了。
二月份恢复了一下,每星期专门锻炼两次,打一到两次篮球。一共跑了12迈,体重
210磅(月初)。
三月一号正式开始锻炼,每星期去体育馆4.5次左右(跑步+健身),篮球两次。一共
跑了50迈,体重208磅(月初)。
四月强化,每星期去体育馆5.5次左右(跑步+健身),篮球两次。一共跑了66迈,体重
204磅(月初)。
五月强化,每星期去体育馆6次左右(跑步+健身),篮球两次。一共跑了83迈,体重
202磅(月初)。
六月强化,每星期去体育馆6次左右(跑步+健身),篮球两次,到今天刚好跑了70迈,
体重196磅(月初),昨天189磅,估计这个月能跑90迈,体重能稳定在190以下。

颇。小重量多次数的leg press可练到你leg press的耐力,对其他运动耐力的提高很有
限。
最好的运动是全身运动, 比如swing, clean, snatch, jerk。 snatch 技术要求太高
,你可能不值得在上面化太多功夫。swing, clean, jerk可以练练。有基础了再把
clean&jerk连在一起练。开始可选择能做15次的重量,然后做ladder.比如2,4,6, 8
, 10, 12ladder, 每组间休息一分钟。然后休息5分钟,再做一遍。
注意这几个运动技术要求非常高,并不是照葫芦画瓢就能学会的。
练下肢力量pistol, dragon twist 也非常好,可以从不同角度多方位的锻炼。 |

看了一下Steve Cotter的网站,说snatch和russian military press最适用。我现在计
划在dragon door上先买一个35lb的试试。有几个问题:
1. 主要的担心是因为动作不对腰部受伤和训练不得法导致效率不高。打算把你在版上
推荐的enter the kettelbell书找来看看。不知道是不是就够了,还是最好找到DVD或
是请kettlebell的trainer指导。
有别的什么特别需要注意的吗?看youtube上的示范snatch最开始swing上身也会轻微前
倾,感觉很难一直保持neutral posture?
2. 家里是木地板,不会容易砸坏吧,出去更难找到合适的地方。
非常感谢!
我平时运动较多,但很少专门的力量训练。最近在用abs rollout和stir the pot练腰

the hard floor in the store made the difference.I use soft mat at home.The
biggest challenge for me is the grip, it is so hard to control at such a
high speed.
You might confuse about the military press with a regular press. As I post
before, the most difficult part of military press is the arm rotation step.
BTW, I watched your snatch and TGU videos. You might want to drop a little

有个point of diminishing returns. 练格斗的人当然要练力量,比如squat, 超过2倍
体重对格斗帮助就不大了。柔韧性也极其重要,但格斗也不需要像瑜伽那样柔软。耐力
也没必要像马拉松运动员那样。每项只要练到够用,或者说point of diminishing
returns就可以了, 然后格斗的还是要去格斗练习,跑马的还是要去跑马。
我记得在哪读过,有一个两届世界摔跤冠军,退役后请steve cotter 作体能教练, 他
就感叹如果他早找到steve cotter他的运动生命就会延长好多,还能再拿一个冠军。

then tried snatch 62, 感觉一下觉得 难很多, LOCK OUT 时用左手帮了一下, not
comfortable. 的确加重PROGRESSION 挺难的...估计只能BUILD UP VOLUME慢慢来
MP 62 很难, 主要是大铁球压前臂很痛。
KGU存在同样压前臂问题。
我在家用STONE BAG 压前臂的问题小一些, BAG 重心更低, 所以TGU 容易一些。 |

can not go any longer because my hands are killing me. I also do other
exercises besides snatch. For example, today my workout was
100 clean jerk long cycle
200 snatch
200 swing
100 figure 8 to a hold
100 high pull squat combo
The total time was around 1 hour.

小重量的single arm snatch 感觉很好,可惜我agressive 买了53# 70# 后才买。 有时也做大重量 snatch, 70# 也比
上一次(one month ago) 轻松了一些。
其实只要买3个就够了 35, 53, 70#。
用4kg bottom,
35#,44#,53#, 62#, 70#, 80# 都available 了。 这样double 53, doulbe 70, maybe double 80 也可以。 卧推的话, 单手躺在地上做, 很容易加到90# even 100#。
吧35# 和 53# 的一起抓, 88# 的也有了。 当然一手抓两 只方便做某些动作, 比如
说 2 hand swing, bent over row.
35# 和 70# 的一起抓, 105# 的也有了
还可以从 home depot 买铁链 调节重量。。
screw up bottom 调节重量效果最好, 铁链其次, grip 很强的话,一手抓两也好。

后面Press就慢慢赶上了,Snatch反正一周也就一次,慢慢开始熟悉
到了5个Ladder的Hard Day就比较累了,第一次只做到第三组,就不行了。PullUp是个瓶
颈,到了最后两组,得下来歇一下。
最近1,2周总算开始稍微好点了,PullUp可以全部连着做了。 |

今天打boxing打得真爽!特给力!
连路过的PT都说:这孩子真是喜欢punch啊!瞧她打得多aggressive~
PT也说我打得像个fighter。。。哈哈!
boxing彪心跳太厉害了,打一个set下来就只有喘气的份儿了。
因为打boxing太爽了,今天的WT练得比较少。
幸好我去得早,自己先抡了半天的kettlebell。今天swing的感觉甚好,已经可以单手
swing到20磅了,质量也好,高快多,每只手都能连做三四十下。。还可以两手轮换做
15磅的。Snatch也感觉比上次好,尤其是没有伤过的左手,做10磅已经比较流畅了,右
手还是有点勉强。最后那组swing我对着墙练得时候,PT悄悄地来了,站在我背后看,
看完了夸我说:I feel so proud of you! 他分析说我的snatch不好,可能是手腕的爆
发力有欠缺,这也可能是为啥我的一向较弱的左手反倒比右手给力,因为手腕没有伤过。
今天PT拿了个绳子绑在我腰上,从背后拉住我,叫我跑步。。。妈呀,根本跑不出去,
