拨零零散散的小孩。我还蛮喜欢发糖的，因为经常可以看到穿的很可爱的小孩。不知道
那些发劣质糖的人怎么想的，不想发把门灯关了就行了，或者干脆出门，何必跟小孩子
过不去。 |

昨晚来的小孩有些是成群结队来的，看到我的糖果罐子就很兴奋的喊，you are the
best!! 我一汗，不至于吧，不就是超市里随处可见的巧克力嘛？。。。不过看他们的
篮子里面，倒是基本比较便宜的棒棒糖水果糖之类的。

派LD再去买，结果来的小朋友就不多了。
小朋友都好腼腆，让他们自己拿，就拿1颗，让多拿点，就拿两颗。

了十来起，有单个的，也有3、4人一伙的。很多小孩很可爱。
两个女孩出去了，各自穿着20美元一套的服装，各要了半袋糖，比和我们发出去的多一
些。关键是孩子挺高兴。
我们这条街大约只有不到四分之一的家开门发糖了。今年比往年少，失业的关系吧。 |

今天这场球说来也奇怪，先后输给奇才，掘金，湖人鹈鹕已经四连败的雷霆本场比赛的
状态出奇的好，不是小好，不是中好甚至不是大好，是出奇的好。尤其是自带牛逼光环
的神龟威少，第一节便于对面的前任开启了对飚模式首节遍砍下了20多分其中首节最后
时刻雷霆得到的18分中神龟一人拿下15分...大概是要太需要用勇士的方式一扫过往连
败的阴霾，大概是太需要用出色的状态和完美的表现证明“我过得比你好”，总之今天
的表现基本可以用“无所不能”来形容。所谓榜样的力量是无穷的，眼看老大如此卖力

晚饭后，大概9-10点，椭圆机1小时，不再吃东西
饮食维持原状，就是减少每天一个的巧克力糖snickers，用核桃仁，葡萄干代替
针对腹肌的练习应该在早上跑步前/后加入，还是晚上运动前/后比较好？那个ABS 8分
钟。我顶多30秒钟就歇菜了。 |

刮得帐篷有些移动.我的四季帐用七个snow anchor还不放心,再用两个冰镐加两个
pickets固定四角,然后再挖雪在帐子周围砌出防风墙.一夜大风,不过帐篷很坚固,安然
无事. Ingraham Flat 是扎营的好地方,面对little Tahoma,风景绝佳.我们扎营的那几
天,除了guide service的几顶帐篷,就只有我们一组人.唯一不好的是总有snow fox来偷
东西吃.我有一大包snicker bar是我的主食,全给偷走了,Grant的一包吃的也给偷走了.
幸好有别的队友带吃的多才不至于挨饿. |

"The easy run" or a "recovery run" is simply a run at an easy pace done for
recovery purposes or just simply enjoyment. Most of a beginner’s runs
should be easy runs. These runs improve a runner’s aerobic conditioning.
The intensity of these runs should permit conversing using complete
sentences (60-75% of your maximum heart rate).
"Jogs" usually refer to slow running done to recover between intervals.

连续三次了，分别在早上十一点（午饭前），下午五点（晚饭前）和七点（晚饭后一小
时）出门去跑步。但是跑上几步，也就五六百米的样子就感觉到恶心了，是干恶的那种
（真是对不起大家），然后还烧心，非常难受。跑得很慢其实，差不多半个小时三个英
里（总共也只跑了三个英里），然后还边跑边走（非常难受的时候真心不想跑），请版
上大神帮忙确确诊这到底是怎么回事。
ps，半个月前跑过一次5k，第一次跑也没经验早上就吃了块snickers然后就随大帮跑了
，跑得还稍微更快一点呢也没恶心。

最饿的那一个，和饿死鬼一样，但是把一碗饭吃完是第一个下饭桌的。
我有一阵子想稍微胖点，每晚睡前一根Snicker bar......每天下午snack time也一根
，还是king size的。。。。。。结果体重还是没怎么变，最多浮动了2－3磅。我爸爸
这边，我姑姑都是4，50岁还是很苗条的身形，绝对是基因问题

错：看过discovery几个关于健康饮食的纪录片，有记录一群胖子和一群“声称自己吃
不胖”的瘦子的每天摄入的卡路里，结论表明，真实情况是，瘦子是吃某些垃圾，但是
适可而止，大多数情况下还是饿着的/健康饮食，胖子总是under-estimate食物的卡路
里，总是“安慰”自己没吃多少，最后几周算下来，胖子摄入的卡路里还是远远高于瘦
子的。我有个女朋友声称自己喝水都胖，我说，你如果把你那每天捧着吃的mm豆给戒掉
，把薯片给戒掉，再跟我说你喝水都胖！
2.谎言：“我就是瘦，我怎么吃都瘦！”
