发帖数: 51 | 1 你有没有看过那些孩子们滑冰？3岁和6岁的，同样是新上冰，6岁的学的比3岁的快多了
。我们这里SNOWPLOW 3个level 是3到5岁的孩子，Basic收6岁以上的孩子，同样上完一
期课，basic里面的孩子都可以滑了，snowplow里面3岁的孩子还都是在走，根本不能说
是真正意义的滑冰，而且因为脚腕力气不够，理解力又不够，动作都做不到家。我孩子
4岁半学滑冰，第一次课就考过snowplow 1, 一期课上下来，snowplow 2也顺利考过，
而和他一起上课的3岁多的孩子，根本考不过，还需要重复再上snowplow 2。
早学滑冰没什么意义，就是一个玩。真要学滑冰，5，6岁开始一点也不晚的。

保险只有半保， 能向city索赔么， 主要没有直接证据证明是被snowplow搞的，只有被

消了，便一时兴起驱车上山滑雪。一开始是45度，下大雨；开着开着降到25度，飘着鹅
毛大雪，路已经基本看不清，而且风很大，只能慢慢爬到停车场。停车场没几辆车，我
心中大喜，穿好棉裤棉袄，扛起板子上山。雪道上基本没人，滑起来就一个字，爽。
BTW我特地订的宽板子准备去UT滑雪用的，这次在新下来的松软的新雪上派上用场了。
等天快黑lift停了，我才回到停车场，发现只剩下三辆车。我的车已经轮胎埋在雪里（
后来才知道当时是3英寸降雪每小时），最倒霉的是我停的位置靠路边，铲雪车在我车
后堆起高高的雪墙。我把车窗上的雪用手套抹掉，但是几分钟的时间就又堆起来。靠手
想把车后面的雪墙清开基本是不可能的。我暗暗叫苦，我滑雪衣服和设备随车带，但是
铲子偏偏没带（后面这么高的雪墙估计铲子也得铲几个小时，更何况雪还在不停地下）。我想这回坏了，弄不好得在山上的小inn过夜了。
我艰难地跋涉到主路上（积雪已经比我的靴子深的多），终于见到一辆货车，向该司机
求救，但是该大叔说帮不了忙。又见到一个路过的正在整理雪链子的suv的司机，该司

教练，10月份从新开始，小胖现在应该过了Snowplow 3.
一周就和老师上一次课。
自己练习一次，就是和老师上课的那次。
他这么大，老师说上课前，上课后各练15分钟就好了。
小胖就是没力气，怎们都滑不快。。。
我们现在上PK。
这么小，我觉得主要就是扔钱。 |

优点：
高，大，能拖，能装（6 座位），能铲雪
缺点：
太高，车库停不进去，只能停在drive way上。
中性：
轴距太长，趴车不太容易，不过高速上很稳
由于我的是柴油的，所以MPG还好，高速能到22，如果delete了EGR和DPF之后油耗还能
再提升了2-3mpg
customize：
自己加了backup camera， undercoating， running board，snowplow
将来再准备delete EGR和DPF，再加一个hard bed cover。
总结：很喜欢，目前4000miles，目前无任何问题。 |

snow plow各种样子都有，装汽车的，装自行车的，装ride mower上的。
这个主要的限制是坡度和效果。
坡度大的，很难操作，因为plow更适合推平地。
即便是平地，你也得保留一定尺寸的雪，否则刮地皮会导致动力部分和地面阻力的冲突。
你如果买高级的snowplow，它有适当的调整装置，不过价格可就上去了，足够你雇人铲
7、8年的了。 |

But if the driveway is steep, pickup is probably what LZ need for winter
commuter in New England. Seriously, several friends told me their sedans can
't make it up the slope once frozen. SUV might do, but they don't want to
try their luck and simply go with pickups.
In that case, adding a snowplow is fine. But LZ better learns how to mount/
unmount it by himself, otherwise, the cost builds up quickly. |

请问figure skating，目的是以后自己随便滑的话，如果forward crossover/stroking
，backward crossover/stroking都可以了，接下去学什么比较有用？snowplow stop，
tstop和hockey stop也基本可以，可以自己多练。如果不太打算学spinning，有点晕，
也不想jump，那还有什么基本的动作应该学学？one-foot inside outside edge
change那种3 turns还有用么？还剩几堂课，看看还有什么特别想学的忘了学。多谢！ |

发现我们这的溜冰课，最初级的班，所有的小朋友都能自己在冰上行走。上周第一节课
，老师考察了一下，给放到最初级的班上了，昨天第一次去那个班。
前半小时上课，教了March, then glide on 2 feet, dip while moving, forward 2
feet swizzle, rocking horse, forward snowplow stop。小人家学的还算认真，能跟
着老师试，但所有的动作都不太会，一直摇摇晃晃。感觉，这个溜冰课，课后一定得练
习才行。
这后半小时，整个小人的social时间。和上节课认识的和她差不多大的小姑娘，基本聊
４分钟，滑一分钟。 |
