烙印下个月开始吃3类的SO，9月EB3烙印的排期取决于ROW能剩多少SO，但是应该道不了
2005年，咱们3类老中也就到不了2005年，如果CP还有2005年以前的，也能捞点渣，10
月老中3类就跳到2010年或者2011年，烙印3类倒退。 |

2007以前,据说SO就是按国别分配的,但当时中印人数并没有现在这么大,而且中国还有
很多老的PD,
所以在中印的一致要求下,改成了按PD分配;
但短短几年以后,情况发生了根本的变化; 中国不再有那么多老PD, 所以排期缩短了,
吃不到原来的SO,
不能说以前的人就短视,只能说情况发生了很大的变化,也可以重新回到按国别分，
还有最实际的做法,确实只有放出64绿卡的名额,这样基本能把140后时间缩短到1.5年，
今后中国EB23，尤其是EB2，不会太多，EB3因为有CP所以不知道；中国人主要占据EB5
，EB23不再会作为中国人移民的主要途径。
