soaked with water and expanding. you should try to get a fan to blow the
house and get the moisture out. hopefully it will get back to normal once
the ply wood is dry. |

(1) Mostly the culprit of 腌制食品 is high salt, which causes high blood
pressure. I wonder if salt can be bleached out by soaking it in water for
hours. My personal experience with corned beef is that it is not so salty if
prepared or cooked this way (with lots of water). I do not cook; so I do
not know whther preparation or cooking in this manner does the treat.

oven to 375 ish. Put steak in oven 5 minutes each side for medium rare. 10
minutes each side for medium. Cut the steak to see how well it is cooked and
adjust your time properly.

before serve.
Hint, the key point is never rinse your steak nor cover your steak during

I would think the print/copy paper might be harmful to human beings if used
for food cooking. Most paper is treated with some chemicals, modified starch
or synthetic polymers, to improve its printing/copying properties. I
suspect these polymers may degrade and become small molecules after soaking
with oil and baking. This is simply how BPA is harmful because the polymer
degrades to BPA at high temperature in detergent.
