2001年九一一后，受美国的气最多也最大的恐怕非南亚的巴基斯坦莫属了，尤其是在
2011这一年。上周六，离开阿富汗边界2.5公里的两个军事检查站惨遭北约直升机和飞
机袭击，打死24-28名军人，13人受伤，恐怕是美国不断侵犯和违反国际法最公然、最
严重的一次了。
巴基斯坦建国后便与美国拉上关系，不管从哪个角度看，它们之间时冷时热，时疏时密
，几乎取决于美国战略的需要，且往往与巴基斯坦国家利益无关。比如在过去“反恐战
争”10年来，它成为美国最重要的“非北约盟友”，一直为美国卖力，巴基斯坦人民反

「占领华尔街」运动全球瞩目，这场运动并未因结束而落幕，其效应和对于美国经济的
讨论仍持续延烧，并且在美国各地点燃响应的活动。笔者所在的地区加州圣地牙哥，也
在10月6日下午发动了「占领圣地牙哥」的行动。
这场活动主要目的在于响应「占领华尔街」运动，同时也对资本主义和新自由主义进行
反思。运动一开始先由UCSD、SDSU的学生在facebook上成立「Occupy San Diego」的专
页，接著由个人在各自的网络以及学校以滚雪球的方式进行讯息转发、串联。在活动进
行前，参与人数显示只有213人，但到了活动现场，队伍的长度甚至长到须出动大批警
察维持秩序。
除了学生团体、工会的旗帜外，现场还可看到性别、人权团体及各个「跑单帮」，自己
制作各式各样的标语，如同一场大型的嘉年华会，在街道上不断呼喊，鼓舞旁观的群众
