as for "external" requirement, it doesn't mean the compiler has to export a
function. external solely means the name can be referred within other

知识提供一点线索。
首先，明确你提到的两家公司的性质。你说在美国这里一个corp（现独资，一个owner
）叫做Corp A好了，你确定是corporation么？确定不是sole proprietorship?
corporation和proprietorship的权利义务包括税务处理都是大不一样的。如果是
corporation的话，是S corporation还是C corporation？这些应该对会计，税和法律
上都有很大影响。
第二，owner的非美国公司，什么性质？叫Unit B好了。你说的owner部分持有股份，是
通过Corp A来持有，还是以个人名义持有？比例多少？有没有并入Corp A的合并财务报
表？
第三，这笔款项现在在Corp A账上如何列示？是否是liability了已经？那么会计上债
转股很简单Debit:liability, Credit:Equity即可。但是麻烦在还有另外一部分对价,

获得foreign filing license,是不是在美国一提交Provisional Patent就会自动收到
foreign filing licence？ 但是那样算不算在美国递交了专利申请呢？另外我还想到
两个处理方案是：
方案A：我在美国以两个人名义（joint co-inventor)递交provisional patent，然后
我们可以自动获得foreign filing licence, 然后我以两人的名义(joint co-inventor
)在美国递交正式专利申请，再在中国以我一个人的名字(sole inventor)递交中国专利
，这样没有中国发明人在上面是不是就可以保证中国专利有效了呢？
方案B：我始终以我一个人的名字(sole inventor)递交专利，不牵涉中国发明人，这样
是不是就可以先在美国provisional patent,然后再美国正式专利，再到中国申请中国
专利，这样是不是就可以保证两国的专利都有效呢？
