我觉得很多东西，在不同地方有不同的叫法。
同理，很多名称，在不同地方指代不同东西。
我在老米的old country buffet店里面，这种鱼的菜名是叫 sole fish 的。
很多中国店也做这种“龙利”，基本都叫 sole fish 的。
据老爸老妈说此类鱼（比目鱼类）国内广东叫“挞沙”。
我个人很少吃鱼，对鱼类了解不深，只知道鲍鱼很好，惭愧。 |

别太天真。你说得东西理论上是对得，就是F1以资金入股的的回报（return）是不违反移
民局规定的。但实际操作起来可没有那么简单。基本上，一旦你被移民局揪住，人身自由
大多不保，争论别的就没有太多机会啦。
就我知道的一些例子看，这种off campus 工作的事情除非在你做之前通过你们学校的国
际学生办公室拿到某种许可，否则移民局一旦发现，根本就是抓你没商量，解递出境快的
很。但是你想，你跑到你们国际学生办公室说你要投资公司，他们给你什么许可？
当然，你要是确实有钱，请了律师起草合伙合同并且常年给你做，被拘了后还能够跟律师
联系上，大概还有救。这还只能是合伙。sole proprietary更是没戏。开题中说的这位仁
兄即便注册也是sole proprietary，只有死路一条。
大家一定要记住一点：在美国只有两个衙门是不受独立司法约束的－－税局和移民局。 |

。 过了一天收到email，要求确认business/home的地址。打1-800-645-7240 电话过去
，说只要utility， bank statement就可以。fax过去后，第二天接到电话，说这个只
能确认home的地址，解释了半天，说我是sole ownership， business和home的地址一
样，但结果还是不行，citi非要 business land line bill，licence， business bank
statement， etc中的两样文件。版上好像说一般utility， bank statement就可以，
我这个情况还能继续argue吗？好像他们做了note似的，是不是只能放弃了？有经验的

NON profit对应了的是 industry type：比如retail trade，whole sale trade，
other之类的，ebay business算retail trade还是other？

”。
简单答案是：没有限制，只要参数合理（收入和信用卡总credit line协调）。实际操
作中由于每个人收入高低不同，肯定会遇到瓶颈，当然也看如何“捣鼓”。

总的来说，开llc可行，如果singer owner, 可以按sole p--报，schedule c。
身份上说，任何人都可以开，如果没有ead，不能工作，但是我现在还不知道到底是为
自己工作拿工资好，还是不工作拿分红好。下面有篇文章说的比较清楚：

发帖数: 2103 | 50 当然可以，开个公司不是想开就开了，如果不雇人也用不着1099 或者payroll。
公司的花费可以算到成本里，是合理的，比如你买个电脑，打算给公司用，那就可以算
是成本啊。通常这样做的目的是抵税，不过如果你的公司没有盈利，你就无税可抵，就
没有意义了，IRS 不会倒找你钱（这个我不是100%确定），公司账面上的亏损只能
carry over 到下一财年。不像其他的公司类型比如Sole 或者 LLC，报税是pass
through 到个人的，那么公司的亏损可以抵消个人的收入税。
