，居然建议找律师，file各种文件取消各种licence和名字还有一些税务的结算，实在
太麻烦。
我的公司到现在为止没有资产也没有营运。是否不交各种费，就可以自动被注销？如果
明年还要注册一个公司，最稳妥最简单的方法是什么？

换boots，如果sole长度差几mm，
是否一定要重装bindings（来保证达到合适的前压）？答案是不一定，如果范围边缘很
有可能重装，但是现在的很多bindings能前后移动10mm左右
是否可以不重装但是只重调试bindings（来保证达到合适的前压）？答案是有可能的
当然除了保证前压，还有比如保证重心位置适合，但是一般重心位置厘米范围内无所谓 |

bass说龙利是sole是对的，饭馆的鱼片主要也是sole，没货的话就用提拉皮鱼片。我继
续的问题就是，是不是sole比flounder产量大？ 但看你们海边的多搞的是flounder。
bass说sole是flounder的一种，那我的问题就可笑了，有白马非马的嫌疑。哈哈。
不过sole可能不是flounder。比如，ehow.com和answer.com都说它们是不同的种类，类
别不同，flounder形状更圆，生长的地方也不同，sole更好吃一些。不过也有其他网站
说的和bass基本一样。

你州里怎么样，加州每天最低是800刀。但Sole Proprietorship就简单多了，但没有个
人财产保护。做consulting之类的活，这个最好，能RUN掉一些税。这个在CITY或
COUNTY注册就可以了，具体要看当地的规定。
