emergency stay halting President Trump's executive order banning immigrants

list, 给不给visa就看签证官的了。目前block了大约24000 refugees. 3个高院法官

刚看了德国庆祝柏林墙倒塌20周年的视频,最后一块中国砖居然没倒,真够行为艺术的
。不过TG在89年末90年初是非常郁闷的,这个不假。
先是自己的8×8,成了奶奶不疼,舅舅不爱的国际弃儿,连非洲Somalia都躲着咱走,
全世界就金大和西哈努克发贺电。我们外向型经济也因为制裁受到沉重打击。通货膨胀
继续,供应感觉要回到供给制。广播电视成天放革命歌曲,延安颂听得都会唱了。大家
非常pessimistic。感觉日子出不了头。

标 题: 诚心请教:如何跟修车DEALER Argue?

最近因为engine灯亮,把车送到dealer那儿检修。结果发现漏油。换了heat shield(
recall),adjuster及2个gasket, 共计
$1,400。结果没开几天,发现车下的splash shield松了并已经蹭到了地面。再送到
dealer那儿,他们坚称没动我的
splash shield,是给我上次换机油的人没装好。结果我又花了近$900。回家后才发现
,他们把我车门内侧的一个小把手给
弄没了。
实在气愤,请问我该怎末argue?

国内MS,5年学校Technician经验
Boston药厂Scientist: $75K + 6% Bonus
目前正在Background Check,有2个问题请教:
1.Background Check Company 要走了学位复印件。请问去国内学位Check要多久?
2.我来美后曾读了一个计算机的MS并工作了几个月后被Layoff。这些我都没
写在简历里。Background Check会发现,会有影响吗?
