最近因为engine灯亮，把车送到dealer那儿检修。结果发现漏油。换了heat shield(
recall),adjuster及2个gasket, 共计
$1,400。结果没开几天，发现车下的splash shield松了并已经蹭到了地面。再送到
dealer那儿，他们坚称没动我的
splash shield，是给我上次换机油的人没装好。结果我又花了近$900。回家后才发现
，他们把我车门内侧的一个小把手给
弄没了。
实在气愤，请问我该怎末argue? |
