flower mound学区大都是9,10，9，房子多是1995年左右的老房；
trophy club学区是10，9,8，房子很多是2013年左右的新房。
价格差不多的话，怎么选择？考虑resale的话，哪里的房子升值潜力大？ |

great as the property tax is tad bit lower than surrounding areas
我住Flower Mound 我们公司有个韩国老哥也住, 基本没老中, 你要是来买房就是我知
道的第一个老中了lol, 不过隔壁Coppell应该有一些老中. 这边基本都是离退休人员.
老印也没怎么见到
Cross Timbers和long prairie交界那里基本什么店都有, 位置挺方便的. Grapevine的
AMC也不错, 去rockledge park也很方便
缺点很明显, 飞机声音很大, 而且越往南越明显. 不过这附近都这样..
另外离Southlake不远顺便占点富人的光lol |

我们的工作地点在UTSW附近，目前比较中意Coppell 和Southlake 的房子，看评分都这
两个学区的学校都不错。想请问一下这两个区华人多吗？特别是小学里华人小孩的比例
大概有多少？家里的小孩很快就要上小学了，还是希望去一个华人多一点的区买房。

人大部分都住在plano,Frisco,Allen.

Academy. 找个教练上5-6节私教课，专门修炼一两项技术，比方说着重反手技术，会有
很大收获。 当然教练讲的和教你练的，大部分会是你已经知道的。 问题知道是一回事
，具体做到是另一回事。
另外多这样录像多自己找问题。 你肯定也看出来了反手问题很大，发球有些滑稽， 对
球的空间和时间判断不准确。 自己多研究，也能很快提高。 |

昨晚7点左右，在南湖的Town Square发生一起枪击案。像黑帮电影里演的一样，一辆白
色SUV突然切入，蒙面枪手跳下，向旁边一辆路虎车中连发5枪。路虎车中乘客男子当场
毙命，女司机安然无恙。很显然这是一次有计划有目标的刺杀，在拥挤的Town Square
下手，作案手法专业，得手后迅速撤离。附近的人们过了好一会才意识到有枪击案发生
。偶7点左右恰好在1709上，看到3辆SLPD的警车，闪着警灯向西搜索而去，不过显然谁
也没抓着。
今早各种谣言四起，传被杀的是住南湖的某墨西哥黑帮大佬。政府也出来安定民心，毕
竟这是南湖市15年来发生的第一起命案，对市民的心理冲击还是狠大的。

现在已经确证的事实是：
1. 车子是Avalon；
2. 车里有4个人；
3. 车子以高速冲出公路，冲到一个池塘里；
4. 整个过程中没有任何明显刹车的迹象；
5. 验尸报告说明4个人是被淹死的。
说这个是因为自动加速导致的那未免太武断了。至少假如真是自动加速，人的本能总会
是刹车，从而留下痕迹吧。
当然有owner真的抓到现行并且把车子开到dealer那里让很多人同时目击，事情若能确
证的话那说明设计上的确是有问题了。 |
