Islands）的主权”。

只不过呢，福柯所表述的disciplinary power，更强调对个体的精神控制了。比如说，
现代社会里无处不在的摄像头，其实就是让人产生对犯罪的畏惧，让“罪犯”觉得自己
无时不在监控之中。而最近的那个sopa，其实也是一样。就是在因特网世界，建造这么
一个无时无刻不监控人行为的panopticon，让人们自觉的去成为统治阶级需要的顺民。
这些，其实都可以视为sovereign power和 disciplinary power的结合之作了。

我可不觉得我说的和你说的有什么一样的。反正你写的啥都放在那儿呢，如果你不编辑
的话。你强调的所谓的什么fear，和我说的self-regulation完全是两码事。一个是被
动的，被压制的产物。一个是主动的，积极去寻求的过程。
不过有一点我觉得我应该认同，Sopa从某种意义上也是disciplinary power的一种，通
过立法的形式，Sovereign Power试图和disciplinary power结合，让广大网民完成
self-regulation的过程，放弃对现有规则的挑战。
你真要想了解福柯，建议你从他那本The Birth of Biopolitics读起，然后是The
Government of Self and Others。这都是他的讲座稿被整理成文字。对他的思想也算

After the failure of financial attack against China in 2008, U.S. realized
that the democracy revolution probally would not happen in China either in
2011.
The only solution U.S. can come up with is to trigger a war between China
and Japan. U.S.'s plan was like this
If China counter-strikes Japan, U.S. would stir up the whole situation into
a continuous war between Japan and China, such that U.S. can shut down China
's rapid economy growth.
