实在没忍住，上来吐槽一下：
1. 饶毅不懂新药研发的规律period。新药研发和基础研究是两回事，饶毅说的“新药
研究”实际上是早期研究，或者临床前研究。R&D投入最大的不是R，而是D。临床试验
，中试放大，质量控制，都需要大量的投资和长年的经验积累。抛开D，光讲R，国内的
投资也差的远呢。不信去查查Genentech，Amgen每年花多少钱做早期研究，项目的深度
广度都是国内没法比的。
2. 美国制药公司的R&D模式已经证明失败了，失败的原因是多方面的，Nature Drug
Discovery有过篇文章给这个问题把脉。FDA监管，华尔街短视，都挤到少数适应症等等
，其中很重要的问题是对疾病了解不足。现在的关键是通过系统生物学的方法理解疾病

材料:面粉(self-rising flour比较好),鸡蛋,back bacon(肥肉少),符合自己口味的果
酱或者salad dress(我选用的是honey mustard),水果丁,soya beans(买的现成罐装的
tomato sauce soya beans),色拉(配色而已)
做法:
1.制作pancake:没有严格按照方子做,只是将面粉,鸡蛋,牛奶,油,少许糖,少少水,混合
成稀糊糊,然后倒到不沾平底锅里面,中温煎熟.(面糊糊里面已经放了油,所以平底锅可
以用butter擦一层油,也可以完全不放油了)
2.通常pancake作出来会比较软.图中饼显得略硬,是因为没有self rising flour了,只
好改用plain flour.
3.Bacon放烤架上放入grill,用high火力烤到一面变硬,翻面,然后换低档,继续将水分烤
干.直至变成crispy bacon.
4.豆子微波加热,一小块芒果切丁(别的水果也可以,不过芒果味道比较百搭),一点绿色
色拉菜撕碎(只是为了配色)
5.pancake放到盘子里,倒上一圈豆子,撒上芒果丁和色拉碎,中 |

先说自己：
2008年开始突然发心学佛，没过多久就不想杀生吃肉了，素得很合理很自然。不过在此之
前我也并不是很贪爱肉食的人，只是有什么吃什么，完全没有概念，所以才可以做得那
么快。
至于我的朋友和家人，当然是一个吃素的都没有。他们首先关心的就是我的身体，特别

（1）卫生部2007年颁布实施《新资源食品管理办法》有意取消了2002年颁布实施
的《转基因食品卫生管理办法》“第五条 转基因食品的食用安全性和营养质量不得低
于对应的原有食品”这个条款，是退步，而不是进步！这种删除的实质是，进一步顺从
邪恶孟山都为首跨国转基因产业的私利与压力，置中国人民持续安全、健康、生存与繁
衍于不顾！
（2）卫生部2007年颁布实施《新资源食品管理办法》有意取消了2002年颁布实施
的《转基因食品卫生管理办法》“第五条”，但是卫生部《新资源食品管理办法》“第
三条”规定：
第三条 新资源食品应当符合《食品卫生法》及有关法规、规章、标准的规定，对
人体不得产生任何急性、亚急性、慢性或其他潜在性健康危害。
依据该第三条规定，在对于抗草甘膦转基因大豆加工的转基因大豆油，检测出超过
俄罗斯对大豆油草甘膦残留量允许标准与中国卫生部对棉籽油草甘膦残留最高限量2.9-
6倍的草甘膦残留量，已经证实对人类健康，特别对青少年、儿童、婴儿与孕妇及其胎

一份转基因食品清单，供中国家庭参考！--影响生育
中国农业部已经批准种植的转基因农作物有：甜椒、西红柿、土豆等；主粮作物有玉米
、水稻。进口的转基因食品有大豆油、菜子油、大豆等。目前只有花生油不是转基因的
。麦当劳、肯德基的食品基本全部是转基因的。
土豆和西红柿是最普通常见的转基因蔬菜，还有甜椒也就是青椒，返季蔬菜特别是西红
柿，基本确定是转基因。
中国土豆和转基因土豆最大的区别就在于表面和削皮以后的化学反应。普通土豆的样子
比较难看，一般颜色比较深，表面坑坑洼洼的，同时表皮颜色不规则，而转基因土豆则
表面光滑，坑坑洼洼很浅，颜色比较淡。如果你通过外表无法辨别的话，可以尝试剥去
一些土豆皮，观察土豆表面颜色的变化。普通土豆在削皮之后，其表面很快会颜色变深
，那是因为土豆含有大量淀粉，淀粉与空气产生化学反应所致，属于正常现象，而转基
因土豆在削皮后，颜色比较鲜艳，很长时间都不会有明显颜色变化。通过观察外表和削

出转基因会导致“超级称霸无敌病毒”，导致人类的大瘟疫。并且他还指出了转基因与
震惊中国的非典型肺炎的关联。“非典”来无影，去无踪，十分诡异。至今也没找出其
究竟来自何方。但陈慰中先生揭示的其“来自突变种的基因。突变种基因来自转基因工
程之意外。”也就是说，“非典”来自转基因。陈慰中博士称之为转基因的“意外”。
但也有人怀疑是转基因对中国的量身定做，是一次转基因瘟疫打击中国的预演。从这个
意义上说，“两会”解放军代表罗援将军提出的防止转基因生物武器打击的建议是十分
重要的，应该引起有关方面的足够重视，并加以落实。不然的话，类似“非典”这样的
超级无敌瘟疫随时可能卷土重来。

现在症状是右腿能基本活动，行走可以。但是右手拿勺子不利索，说话时间长了就受不
了，说话也不太
利索。
请问这种情况下从美国买些什么保健品？我从版上查到可以买如下保健品，请问还有哪
些？
1）鱼油 （fish oil）
2）卵磷脂 （大豆卵磷脂：Soya Lecithin （美国Costco 卖） ）
卵磷脂早晚饭前服用比较好，年轻人吃可以健脑
中老年人服用鱼油和卵磷脂可以缓解和调节血压血脂，起到清理血管的作用。
作为预防的话早饭前1粒鱼油，晚饭前一粒卵磷脂
如果有轻微的高血压高血脂的症状，都处于临界状态的话，可以早饭前服用一粒鱼油和
卵磷脂，晚饭一

2. 国内老人想要“卵磷脂”，请问Costco有吗？
去之前还专门做了功课，NatureMade 有Soya Lecithi,愣是没找到。
一般的Fish Oil或者 Flaxseed Oil里边含有Lecithi吗? 请帮忙推荐Costco里有的
