的人口住在雅典,雅典是农业,金融和政治中心,东北边种植烟草,南部是水果和蔬菜
。可能也是为什么路线不可能太好。
如果去那边,可顺便看一下意大利和土耳其。希腊还算是发展中国家,旅游业收入占国
民收入比重最大。

distraction.
This past Sunday was my third year in a row running the same 5K. It
was rainy but not too cold. The competitors were ferocious. The top
finisher gets done with a respectable 14.xx. The route was through the
street of Washington Height, a welcome change from the loops of Central
Park. The hills are not as steep but the spectators are at typical NYC

on the bus around 6 which took us from Boston common to Hopkinton. The
temperature was in the 40s and

Exactly one year ago, I did my first ever ultramarathon at The North Face
Bear Mountain 50 Miles. It was a very last minute decision inspired by Pen
and Tonyprince. It wasn’t a wise decision because I had very little
training after 2009 NYC marathon and Bear Mountain is a rough terrain where
I only hiked a few times. But looking back I am very glad that I did it.

breakfast of 1.5 bagels and a can of congee, my wife drove me to downtown
where the shuttle stop is. There was very little traffic around 5 even if
this is a big race. I arrived at the start line around 5:30.
The weather was perfect, low 50's with a layer of thin clouds. I was hoping
that the clouds would stay for the whole morning. It was a little chilly

roads of NYC. Drivers, motorcyclists and even our usual co-conspirators
the cyclists, all stepped aside. The road belong to us today.
It sure feels great to own the road for even a day. We zipped down the road
