只会说妈妈，爸爸都不怎么叫
但是我让他指鼻子 耳朵 头 肚子什么的他都能明白，我说什么他也明白，还能根据不
同的歌跳不同的舞 所以我觉得他听力没问题，
但是儿医说如果18个月只会说妈妈，还是让去检查听力再作speech therapy
有人知道这个speech therapy吗
儿医说有不少孩子，说做了几次之后，就说话了 |

嘴。吃奶时间长。这些我觉得大部分是从小形成的习惯，现在后悔没有早些给他扳过来
，可太晚了。最近几天有些呕。
我觉得speech therapy 没什么稀奇的，目前看也没多大改善。你是说换儿医，还是换
个speech therapist?后者我觉得差不多，儿医找个好的也不容易啊，包括肠胃科医生
，我找了好久，网上review都不是特别好。而且医生多半从病理角度考虑，像我家的情
况描述清楚用中文都不是几句话就行，医生都是几分钟就要看完的，哪有耐心听我啰里
八嗦的

我能理解你的难处。要我也会推出speech therapy的。
我的儿子现在6个月，从两个月开始就不爱吃奶，2-5 个月的时候我和我妈还能在他将
要睡着的时候喂个2-4oz迷糊奶，醒着的时候是坚决不从的。但过了5个月连迷糊奶也没
可能了。这期间一直都在吃zantac 或 omeprazole，不见效。 Lactation
consultation 和 speech therapy 进行了3次，不光没有，而且让我压力巨大，奶也退
了。 换了个儿医，还是老套路，二期还refer了肠胃科医生。我们家庭会议之后，坚决
拒绝了。
现在我们自己摸索宝宝喜欢吃什么，多尝试各种食物，找到儿子他爱吃的。有时是牛油
果，有时是自己煮的米粥，有时是豆腐，偶尔会喜欢鸡肉和鱼肉，但要试。
我的推荐不一定适合你。但是我觉得各个宝宝都不一样，儿医熟悉的是“average”宝
宝，有时候他们知道的不如咱们自己知道得多。

不看名字，我还以为是我写的。千年潜水员也忍不住要回复了。
我儿子早产，生下来只有2磅多，住在NICU里一个半月，前四个月长得不错。五月已经
12磅多了，
到第六，七个月开始，我奶量慢慢减少，要加辅食，并加FORMULA。无奈他除了吃我的
可怜的一点胸喂，其他任何固体液体食物都不吃。拒绝辅食，拒绝奶瓶，拒绝任何奶（
我买过十几个种不同的奶粉和奶瓶及奶嘴，没有用）。整天哭闹。每天晚上要哭几次。
接着理所当然的，接下来的六个月只长了一磅。他14个月的时候才十四磅。那段时间简
直是炼狱般的日子，我带到一位德高望重的儿医那里，
儿医给他找营养专家，每天吃IRON，也进行SPEECH THERAPY，还去拍X光，检查吞咽和
肠胃。
折腾了好几趟后，我发现根本没有改善，在家里也用长细管子赛到嘴用用针筒喂，用吸
管喂，尝尽各种办法，奶也不敢断，但奶量越来越少，越来越稀。
就这样熬到13月。一个漫长的寒冬啊。娃每次看到白衣服的就哭，一到医院也哭，我决
定自己想办法，拒绝了一切医疗帮助。
13个月时，没有办法，要断奶了。这时我的春天才来了。

医说我宝宝需要tubing, 真不知道她想干吗。越想越怕。去过speech therapy的宝妈，
你们都是怎么退出的？昨天他爸爸去那里想跟她们说quit, 儿医也说你们不想可以不去
，不巧老太太又去vacation了，前台说老太太会给我们打电话。多charge点钱也没关系
了，但求早点离开。 |

parent meeting老师也跟我提过了，比如goose，他老实说成boose,可是单独g的音他还
是能发的。

techniques so it can be applied on the child during the day. The speech
therapist doesn't live with the child, you do. It's your responsibility to
work with the therapist so the child can benefit from the session. Are you

问这些diagnosis code能不能和speech therapy的CPT code一起报销.如果你小孩有吞
咽方面的问题，可以用Dysphagia 787.21, 这是我们去看的一个语言训练师提供的，我
们自己的保险还比较好，很多code都没问题，但她说很多很picky的保险也收这个code.

THERAPIST工作职能,她们绝对绝对不限于吞咽功能测试,她门还包括认知功能的
ASSESSMENT和EVULATION,这个认知包括好多项目,比如短期和长期记忆的测试,还有对语
言的测试,我有一次没事看她们工作,拿着一个大本子,正面是图片,反面是这个物品的英
文,让一个老年痴呆病人去认,好多东西我都不知道英文单词,因为根本不常用.绝对的
GRE中的GRE啊,更别说让我帮她们纠正发音了,我估计我是PASS不了这个TEST的,尽管我ALERT &ORIENTED,这还只是她们工作中一部分,不过熟能生巧,只要你英语好,体力劳动是绝对和这个不沾边的 |
